La struttura si trova in una posizione eccezionale, non nel caos del centro ma a 10 minuti a piedi su na strada pedonale che costeggia il fiume di una bellezza e tranquillità estrema. Sul balcone lato fiume c'è sempre stato sole ed è stato bello sedersi a bere un bicchiere e scambiare quattro chiacchere con la compagna

Un hotel unico per accoglienza e cura degli ospiti. Ha un sapore old style che lo rende pieno di fascino La cucina ed il personale eccellente Si vede la passione del proprietario nel rendere piacevole ed unico il soggiorno di chi lo sceglie Indimenticabile la cena dell'Immacolata con musica di sottofondo ed una soprano che ha cantato come un usignolo Consigliatissimo

aspetti positivi: la posizione con accesso diretto al lungofiume sulla pedonale a un km scarso dalle terme e dai portici del centro. Il parcheggio gratuito e comodo, l'ottima prima colazione, abbondante variegata e servita da un signore molto gentile. Lo stile datato ma fascinoso di diversi ambienti dell'albergo. La camera ampia e con grande bagno. aspetti negativi: la scortesia al limite della maleducazione della persona che ci ha accolti alla reception e che ha continuato anche la mattina successiva col suo malgarbo. Le dimensioni del letto, visto che avevo chiesto letto king size al momento della prenotazione e che era fra le varianti richiedibili. La scomodità del materasso veramente fastidioso.

Comfortable stay. Beautiful old villa. Large room with private bathroom and balcony overlooking the river. Good breakfast. On site parking. Downside: wifi can be challenging, house needs some TLC (updates and repairs) . No A/C but we were here in October. Days were hot but room stayed cool. Might not be the case in July. Owner / manager was nice. Different sense of humor. Note: yes, they keep your passport overnight. Welcome to Italy.

La struttura esternamente si presenta in ottime condizioni, situata in un'eccellente posizione lungo la passeggiata Passirio e a 10 minuti dal centro storico. Veniamo ora alle note dolenti. La camera è totalmente da ristrutturare, vedasi materassi con le molle che escono o il bagno che fatico a definire tale. Appena aprivi l'acqua della doccia, il box doccia si allagava con pericolo di scivolare. Segnalo inoltre dispenser del sapone presentato vuoto al nostro arrivo. Mobilio vecchio e un forte odore di "antico" presente sia negli armadi che nella stanza in generale, tanto da impregnare i vestiti. Inquietante la porta della stanza imbottita a copertura dell'effettiva porta per accedere alla camera. Salviamo quindi solo la posizione e la colazione. Non consigliato.

Sono stata con mio marito per festeggiare il mio compleanno. Stanza molto ampia, pulita e soprattutto tranquilla: di notte ci si addormenta cullati dall'acqua del fiume. Proprietari gentili e disponibili, colazione continentale abbondante. Sia in stanza sia nel resto dell'albergo si "respira" un'aria di altri tempi con tutto il suo fascino. Ci torneremo presto.
