Le camere sono spaziose e molto accoglienti. Le saune e le sale relax sono accoglienti e confortevoli. Il personale (tutto da quello della reception al personale in sala ristorante e al personale addetto alle pulizie ) è professionale e disponibile per ogni richiesta. La suddivisione degli spazi per adulti e bambini nelle 2 aree (Sky spa e Garden Spa) è molto apprezzabile per consentire ai clienti, che lo desiderano, un maggior relax. Il menù della cena è molto ricco e di buon livello, anche se alcuni piatti non sempre sono di ottimo livello. La colazione è superlativa. Aspetti rivisitabili, a mio avviso, sono: cambi giornalieri della biancheria da bagno anche quando gli asciugamani possono essere riutilizzati. Per rispetto dell’ambiente, non lo trovo corretto. Del resto è anche chiaramente indicata nel bagno la modalità per segnalare se gli asciugamani non sono riutilizzabili. Quindi, non si capisce perché invece vengono ritirati tutti i giorni e sostituiti. Altra cosa: nelle camere manca una macchinetta per il caffè e un boiler. Per un hotel di elevata categoria sarebbe buona cosa offrire ai propri clienti anche questa possibilità.

Das Hotel hat alles, was wir uns wünschten. Einen sehr schönen Spabereich mit einem tollen Blick auf die Stadt und die umher liegenden Berge, während man in der Sauna sitzt und einen Outdoor Pool mit der Möglichkeit, direkt an den Poolrand zu schwimmen. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht, und das Essen war sehr gut, das Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.
Wir hatten uns eine Massage gegönnt, wir genossen die Masagen durch Birgit und Marta sehr.
Wir hatten eine Suite gebucht und waren überrascht, wie großzügig und komfortabel wir wohnten. Wir wohnten im dritten Stock und es war total ruhig während der Nacht.
Wir werden auf jeden Fall nächstes Jahr in dieses Hotel zurückkehren, um dieses schöne Erlebnis zu wiederholen.

Nothing to say about the Spa, wonderful. The structure also has very large rooms and beautiful plants. Very kind staff. Perfect cuisine. The only flaw, in my opinion, is the room. It was a standard room, not superior, it's true, but small for a four-star hotel and in need of renovation. However it was a wonderful holiday and we will return.

We returned to this hotel after a few years and I must say that I reconfirm my super positive opinion. Where to start? Matteo Thun's design is always wonderful and even though the renovation dates back to a few years ago it hasn't aged a year. Every architectural element is as it should be. Nothing more and nothing less. The staff is welcoming and courteous, ready to anticipate your every request before it is even formulated in your head. Honorable mention to the waitress Celeste who mans the tables entrusted to her with the utmost attention and diligence. The sky spa is beautiful, it was still under construction the last time we stayed at this hotel. It is very pleasant to be able to have treatments directly in the hotel and then dive into the infinity pool from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the city. The food in the restaurant is 5 star hotel food, every course is delicious but the second courses in particular are exceptional. The breakfast is excellent although I have seen luxury hotels with a wider offer. It doesn't hurt that this hotel offers free parking. The location is optimal for visiting Merano, especially during the markets. If I really have to find a flaw it is the price, which is decidedly high. But on the other hand, quality has a cost.

The Sky Spa is excellent. The location in the city center on the Talfer is great. Still calm. The thermal baths can be reached via a tunnel. For a shorter stay, the hotel spas are completely sufficient. Very good bar with excellent service and offer.

And the 2nd time we have stayed in this hotel...heated rooftop pool with mountain views, fabulous relaxation room and very well-kept saunas...breakfast with lots of choice, excellent dinner and vast choice of starters and desserts buffet.
