Hotel Merano is a lovely family-run hotel that exceeded our expectations. The entire place gave us a very peaceful vibe and the staff was very courteous, friendly and thoughtful from beginning to end. We were a bit worried that we would feel out of place with a toddler (since the hotel tends to be quiet) but we didn’t feel that way at all. Our stay included a delicious buffet breakfast by the garden/pool. The room was immaculate, perfectly designed, and had everything we needed to have a pleasant stay. We sent our clothes to their private laundry facility and they got the task done quickly and for a very reasonable (low) cost. The pool was very clean as well. Merano is a beautiful place to visit and I would go back to Hotel Pollinger in a heartbeat!

In questo hotel di coccolano e ti trattano benissimo fin dall'arrivo !!! In pure stile altoatesino in questo hotel il personale è scelto e formato per far star bene gli ospiti. La colazione e soprattutto la cena è ottima. La piscina esterna è molto confortevole e non è male nemmeno la sauna. Lo consiglio per chi vuol rilassarsi a Merano.

Wir würden an der Rezeption äußert freundlich empfangen. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön renoviert und haben einen tollen Balkon mit schöner Aussicht. Der traumhafte große Garten mit einem sehr schönen Pool lädt zum Verweilen ein. Auf den angrenzenden Terrasse kann man entspannt einen Drink genießen. Zum Essen waren wir nicht im Hotel, das Frühstück war ausreichend, es hat an nichts gefehlt . Wir kommen bestimmt wieder

Siamo tornati per la seconda volta in questa struttura e vogliamo confermare tutto ciò che di ottimo abbiamo trovato in occasione della prima visita. Tutto il personale molto professionale cordiale, solare e disponibile. Pulizia davvero impeccabile. Tutti gli ambienti, compresa l'area fitness, decisamente confortevoli e curati. Si mangia ( e non esagero ) a livello di un ristorante stellato. Vini del territorio, e non, ottimi e selezionati. Piscina ampia e sempre pulita. Consigliatissimo !!!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Pollinger and could not recommend it more! We picked Merano because we both love nature & walking and there are literally hundreds of beautiful nearby trails to choose from. The guys at reception were so lovely & helpful and recommended some fantastic options including treks from Lana and Saltaus. After a long walk in the heat, a dip in the pool was a welcome relief and we never struggled to find a comfortable sunbed. We didn’t use the indoor pool or sauna but it looked beautiful and spotlessly clean like the rest of the hotel. Fresh towels were available every day free of charge. We had a room overlooking the pool with a great view and a balcony that caught the evening sun. In terms of food, the breakfast selection was incredible with a fresh orange juice machine and gorgeous cappuccinos! We ate dinner in the hotel five out of the six nights and I could not get over how amazing the food was! As a vegetarian I often struggle to find anything other than pizza & pasta in Italy but this was not the case in Hotel Pollinger! The food was incredible and every night the chefs produced a new delectable masterpiece so a huge thank you to all of you! I am so grateful :) It’s a 5 course menu every night, finishing with a gorgeous dessert and cheese selection so bring your stretchy pants! Finally, I could not finish this review without a special thank you to Marilyna (please excuse my spelling!) who is a absolute superstar and helped us and befriended us from Day 1. Vielen dank Marilyna and to all in Hotel Pollinger for a fantastic break and best of luck to you all!

Situato a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro di Merano, l'Hotel è una struttura ideale per chi cerca anche e soprattutto una collocazione tranquilla. Elenco per comodità i punti di forza: gentilezza del personale, che fa sentire immediatamente a suo agio il cliente; ottima ed abbondante colazione; molto buona qualità del ristorante (cena su prenotazione, con discreto menù di ispirazione regionale.....ma se decidete di cenare all'ultimo, come è capitato a noi, appena arrivati, lo staff ci ha immediatamente fatto accomodare); camera ampia, con letto comodo, molto silenziosa, dotata di bel balcone su piscina e prato ( in inverno.....se soffrite il caldo, spegnete i termosifoni, l'ambiente resta comunque molto caldo); last but not least....una SPA assolutamente di livello: piscina riscaldata, bagno turco, sauna, sala relax, sala fitness, sala raggi infrarossi e possibilità trattamenti personalizzati (massaggiatrice bravissima e molto competente). Tenuto conto del periodo, direi buon rapporto qualità prezzo.
