Mi piacciono molto gli hotel stile Belle Epoque. Mi sono trovata benissimo in tutto e lo consiglio xchè vicino al centro e alla stazione, con ottima colazione e lo staff é molto simpatico, gentile ed efficiente! Ringrazio ancora tutti buon anno ❤️

This is a wonderful hotel in Merano. I was very pleased with the decision to stay here. Amazing staff, clean hotel, decent wifi, and the best breakfast among the other hotels that I stayed in. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

Tolle Lage. Eindrucksvolles Gebäude, aber es bräuchte dringend eine Generalsanierung. Zimmer im Dachgeschoß ist leider im Sommer sehr warm.

Trascorsa una notte in questo albergo in stile classico nella bella Merano. Certe cose andrebbero un po' aggiornate, ma andiamo con ordine. Accoglienza cordiale e professionale, stanza abbastanza confortevole anche se un po' freddina; al contrario il bagno, ancorchè piccolo molto ben riscaldato; stendo un pietoso velo sulla doccia con tenda di plastica come negli anni '70! persiane difficilmente fissabili e quindi che sbattevano al vento. No mini frigobar e neanche bollitore con tisane,servizi che, in un "grand" hotel 4 stelle dovrebbero essere inclusi. Colazione del mattino ottima ed abbondante con prodotti di qualità sia salati che dolci. In conclusione un buon 3 stelle ma nulla di più.

Das Einzelzimmer war sauber und ausreichend groß, auch im Bad war viel Platz. Die Einrichtung war da und dort etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was aber nicht wirklich gestört hat.
Ein großer Pluspunkt war die Klimaanlage, die nahezu lautlos und ohne Zugluft arbeitet. Bei Außentemperaturen von 34 Grad (Mitte August) war das sehr willkommen!
Das Frühstücksbuffet entspricht dem Standard für diese Hotelkategorie (aber auch nicht mehr).
Die Lage (kurze Fußwege zu Bahnhof und Innenstadt) ist hervorragend und ideal für Reisende ohne eigenes Auto.
Alles in allem ein empfehlenswertes Hotel mit einem (für Meran) sehr guten Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.

Wir hatten dort ein längeres Wochenende um Meran zu erkunden. Die Lage ist gut, wie üblich sind italienische Innenstädte eben etwas lauter. So auch hier. Das Haus ist schon alt. Auch wenn es bereits renoviert wurde, besteht trotzdem größerer Handlungsbedarf wenn man es wieder zu einem Grand Hotel machen will. Unser Zimmer war einfach, aber vollständig ausgestattet und in Ordnung. Über jeden Zweifel erhaben waren das großartige, superfreundliche Personal und das Frühstück. Die Nutzung der eigenen, kostenpflichtigen Parkplätze ist dringend empfohlen. Wir würden wiederkommen, wenn der Preis stimmt.
