Mi trovo a Mercato San Severino a Salerno e mi sento in dovere di ringraziare l accoglienza ricevuta dalla Villa del Carmelo persone meravigliose ed accoglienti ma vorrei ricordare l incredibile professionalità e amorevole ospitalità da parte del personale delle pulizie che forse molti si dimenticano ma rendono il soggiorno davvero super.e riescono a farti sentire a casa un grosso grazie ed un bacione Mario Paris

È la prima volta che vado in questo locale con la mia famiglia. Cibo buonissimo e di qualità, ricco di gusto e presentato nei piatti in maniera raffinata dallo chef. Menù che riesce ad accontentare qualsiasi gusto, sia di mare che di terra...piatti a base tradizionale in chiave rivisitata in modo eccellente (da provare la pasta e patate con tartara di gamberi ). Tutto ciò che si mangia è fatto dallo chef, dal pane ai dolci. Personale accogliente che ci ha offerto un prosecco di benvenuto ed è stato attento ad ogni richiesta. Bella anche la location, una villa antica ristrutturata, all'interno è presente anche una sala dove poter mangiare la pizza e una zona bar. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente per provare gli altri piatti e la pizza. Consigliatissimo....

Hotel scoperto per caso, grazie al suggerimento di amici. Molto piacevole l'accoglienza, accettano i nostri amici a quattro zampe! Camere pulitissime, asciugamani e corredo letto candidi e di ottima fattura. Una sorpresa eccellente il ristorante, con un giovane ma esperto chef che ti consiglia e propone piatti memorabili!!!! Esperienza sensoriale che non si dimentica!!!Rapporto qualità prezzo assolutamente positivo. Torneremo!!!

Locale al top! Non lasciatevi fermare dalla struttura, dal tono retrò, dai drappeggi, dagli stucchi e dall’arredamento in stile… la ristorazione è un’altra cosa: la modernità è il filo conduttore. Gastronomia d’eccellenza e ricercatezza dei particolari sono i luoghi comuni di ogni piatto. Dal l’antipasto al dolce è un susseguirsi di ottimi sapori.

Siamo stati in questa bella struttura in occasione del ponte del due giugno. Camere pulite, molto comode, dotate di tutti i comfort. Personale disponibile e gentilissimo. Dalla direttrice abbiamo ricevuto un’accoglienza top 🔝, compresi i consigli dei luoghi dove poter mangiare. Ritorneremo sicuramente. Molto comodo anche per raggiungere la vicina Napoli e Caserta. Consigliatissimo

Difficult to find it and identifying the entrance/reception as well. They claim to have a private parking, but it is actually a parking of the condo building in front of the hotel, completely left in the dark. They claim to have a dinner restaurant but they mentioned 'only available for half board option' ??? Anyway, after insisting they served a good looking pizza which turned out to be gummy and hard to digest. They mentioned the breakfast would be served surprisingly not before not 9am the following day, but after insisting they accepted for earlier breakfast and it was awful (a cold toast passed off for fresh hand made bread and an orange juice diluted with water passed off for fresh squeezed orange juice, and that's it they said that is all they had for breakfast). Last but not least, I had to insist several time in order to convince them to get the business invoice I need, what a shame! Moreover, the room was small and clean which is good but with the worst mattress ever! Staff inconclusive and rude where only in the worst tourist trap you can find. Definitely not recommended to anyone!
