Horrible neighborhood surrounded by homeless people and ************.
Along the highway: infernal noise regardless of the room.
Only 2 bath towels for 4!!! We ask at reception, they cannot provide more.
No fridge, no microwave, not even a hair dryer in the room.
Decent breakfast, comfortable bedding.

We arrived at 1230pm, and the receptionist was kind enough to let us check in early without extra charge. Room was modern, clean, location was convenient (Dennys and Mac's just nearby). Bed was comfortable. There is also a washer and dryer, you just have to put 2.50 for normal wash and 2.50 for normal dryer. Also located close to regional airport for us to catch a flight the next day. Complimentary breakfast was also provided which was a pleasant surprise. Everything exceeded expectations

I had to charge an extra $4.99 service fee and deducted me twice. The next day I contacted them at the front desk to cancel it, otherwise it is estimated to be deducted.

The television didn't work...full of ants...and door wouldn't lock. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone...Horrible!!!

We were charged a $50. for room deposit plus a pet fee of $55. The deposit was not refunded back when we left. These fees were more then the room fee

The property was very well kept. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. However, there was a surprise $200 CASH deposit required before check in, which I found unusual and quite inconvenient as I do not typically carry around that amount of money. There was no indication of such when I booked and paid for the room online. The night clerk was condescending and rude, but as it was late and I was exhausted I found an ATM and produced the very unreasonable deposit. Although the facilities were great, I will NEVER stay there again
