Je cherchais un hotel ou un B and B près de Mercury, région que je connaissais bien. Le hasard de la recherche m'a amené là; belle bâtisse en bois , chaleureuse d'aspect , un couple de propriétaire attentionné et une vue magnifique sur la vallée; parfait pour une nuit ou plus.

Notre 1er séjour dans un Eco-Gite , la conception est très intéressante et l’investissement humain admirable. La rénovation de cette ferme a nécessité huit années de réflexion et de travaux afin de réaliser un cahier de charge très exigeant. Les procédés de gain d’énergie, d’alimentation en eau, électricité, de traitement du bois, d’isolation, de climatisation etc...sont totalement écologiques. Bien entendu, le petit-déjeuner est bio avec yaourts et confitures faits maison, sans oublier les crêpes aux oeufs des poules du jardin ! Beaucoup de travail et d’engagement solidaire de la part des propriétaires, cet endroit doit être connu et reconnu. Merci à Gilles pour son accueil et sa convivialité .

Le top d hébergement écolo. Classe et les propriétaires sont vraiment très sympas. Petits déjeuners et table d hôte fait de produits frais et bio. J adopte totalement cet endroit. Tout est parfait et nous ne devrions jamais en partir.
