What a pleasant experience staying here! I checked in after the Eid holiday and to be honest, when I wanted to book here, I was a little hesitant because there were lots of other hotel choices and I read the reviews and quite a lot of people were disappointed with the rooms, but luckily I got a room that was clean, fragrant, didn't smell damp and the wallpaper wasn't peeling. There are almost no minuses, aka PERFECT! The room is spacious and comfortable, all the lights are on and the bathroom is also clean, only the shower seems to need a little repair because it leaks a bit if you move it, it's a shame there's no refrigerator, but the rest is really satisfying and the location is strategic, close to everywhere. The most important thing for me is CLEAN and Amaroossa has provided a comfortable room for me.

The first time the FO came, he asked for a purchase voucher... and I said, please check whether it's received or not, I'm afraid my email will be late... because I'm also new to using the Vio application, usually I'm agida Traveloka aro booking and I almost every week check in at the hotel for necessities. work... but the FO actually said that the vio is a hotel and why don't you come straight away, you know, if it's cheaper on the app after adding a voucher code, but still on the app they might not have entered it so basically I'm not satisfied with the service. The FO is not friendly and seems to be taking me for granted because Maybe you think it's not updated enough
