Chose facility for the view and size of room. Family came to room to surprise my husband for his 80th. Had reservations at the boat house grill. That was great because we just had to walk down a hallway!

If I could give a zero, I would. I expect a higher level of service from a resort, but this place did not even come close to decent customer service, let alone resort level service. My checkin was horrible with a rude and inattentive agent, then to be assigned a substandard room, my request to change the room was ignored.

The view, including the grounds, looking out over the Big lake with the mountains in the distance is breath taking.The staff is fantastic and the food it gourmet quality.

Not able to check in until 6:45 PM and walked into a dirty room with unmade bed. No empathy from staff, no apologies or any offer extended to make anything right. Completely disappointed.

Everyone was friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was beautiful, with stunning views of the lake. We dined at the Lakeside grill. The baked haddock in lobster, sherry cream sauce was fabulous. The drinks were excellent and our wait person top notch. Loved the coffee bar in the morning. A perfect getaway. Highly recommend!!

Very nice hotel and wedding venue; check-in line was a little slow but other than that the wedding was nice - food was very good; staff was attentive; rooms were very nice - wish we had had more time there!
