Hotel was really really clean! I arrived almost 10 hours late so I went to check in and was told all rooms are booked! It was Memorial Day weekend and a lot of people came into town. I pre paid so I felt cheated. Turns out my hotel key and paperwork were already there when I gave her my name. She had made sure our room was available and handed me the key with no issues. Best service ever! I have had overbooked rooms that I reserved through an app before leave me stranded. This was great for me as it would have been a huge inconvenience since it was 5am

Trendy, urban kind of vibe. Stayed in a room with one king bed. Tile floors in the room. We had a view of I-25 and could barely hear any traffic. Impressive! Great bathroom with a walk-in glass door shower. Good and free shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower dispenser, and hand soap and hand lotion dispensers by the bathroom sink. They smelled really good and worked well too. I did t even use my own personal shower stuff. So much more efficient in the large bottles and less clutter compared to the tiny bottles of icky stuff nobody likes. We would stay here again, or any other TRU by Hilton, now that we know what to expect.

This week, the restaurant staff, especially David Kookie and Jessica Voh, waited on the 100+ customers each day they had breakfast here. Besides the fact they served so many people at once, my husband and I were amazed at the effectiveness they demonstrated. They prepared the breakfast area with polished silverware, fresh coffee, replenished serving bowls with fresh fruit, sustained clean tables while keeping attentiveness with coffee refills and table checking for each of them with positive and respectful attitudes. They deserve much credit along with the rest on on staff this past week keeping pace with such volume of customers while staying cheerful.

This is one of my favourite stays! Super large room, great location to shops/eateries/highways etc. Amenities were good (and got better whilst we there as the gym acquired new weights and equipment which was awesome!) Breakfast was awesome. Service was great! Thanks team at Hyatt Place!

All was as expected at this level of hotel. Room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Staff were super friendly and available to assist if needed. Some if the clients were sketchy but that is everywhere these days. Lastly, if you are a dog owner pick up your dogs poop. How can you expect hotels to open up the door for you and your pup when you won't clean up after them, do you expect them to change your kids diapers too.

Unbelievably bad service by Taylor, Front Desk Manager/Supervisor. When we came back to our room at the end of the night there were issues immediately. There was a missing lightbulb in one of the light fixtures, only one TINY trash can in the entire room, and the video cable for the TV was nonexistent. Along with the room just feeling like it was in disrepair, and had not received a deep cleaning in some time. These maintenance issues were remedied. The manager on duty at the time, a gentleman, was very accommodating and kind. As was the gentleman that came to the room, this would have been the night of April 21, 2022. Around 10PM when the complaint was placed. We did our best to enjoy our stay in the TINY overpriced and frankly not entirely clean room the best we could. The day before checkout another kind manager gave us a late checkout for the next day. I wish I had remembered his name, though I did not know I would be writing this review until the night of 5/12/2022, this evening. We noticed what turned out to be an improperly placed smoking charge on our card. We called to discuss our dispute with the manager on duty at the hotel. This evening, 5/12/2022, at approximately 7 PM. Taylor answered the phone. She was the manager on duty. She explained that the charge was for smoking in the room and that there was some sort of evidence in the room. I made it clear my wife and I don’t even smoke and asked for said evidence. Taylor immediately became argumentative and told me that “you can take that up with your credit card company”. I explained that I had worked in the hotel industry (I was a manager for a hotel company in San Diego some years ago) and that it is blatantly clear when someone had smoked in a room and that they must have gotten the room wrong she repeated that I would “have to take it up with them” and then she HUNG UP THE PHONE. She hung up on us. I called back, asked for her manager, she indicated that she was the manager and I tried to continue the conversation, asking why she had hung up on me. She said “because I was stating a fact and there is no dispute”. I explained that it is indeed a dispute, over the opinion of the hotel being I smoked in a room I hadn’t smoked in. SHE HUNG UP AGAIN. I called back, asking for the name of her General Manager. She said his abbreviated first name, and told me to talk to him in the morning and HUNG UP ON ME AGAIN. I decided it might be nice to have his full name, given the fact that the issue had now become about her service, and not the fee, and that I wanted to make sure I talked to the right person. I called back, just asking for his last name, she HUNG UP on me again, I called back a final time, again asking for her managers name, and she again hung up on me. I called the neighboring property and obtained the General Managers full name. I placed a call with corporate customer support and opened a case regarding Taylor’s service. Ever since my daughter moved to the Lone Tree area I have been trying different hotels to find ”the one”. I would like a hotel in which to stay each time I visit. I think I have found just that at this hotel. The rooms are nicely equipped, quiet, and clean. The beds and shower (two important items for me) were fantastic. The staff is very helpful and eager to please. The location makes it easy to get to just about everything (dining, shopping, attractions, etc). The light rail train station is just up the street if you want to avoid the traffic into downtown Denver. The breakfast served each morning is way above industry standard...especially p[ost-COVID. Some nights they serve free alcoholic drinks in the lobby. There is a lovely fire pit area to enjoy on nice weather nights. This hotel is pet friendly as well. I have already booked a return visit to this hotel. I highly recommend giving this one a try.
