La climatisation s'allumait bien, mais elle ne faisait pas de froid, il faisait vraiment très chaud dans la chambre, et si on ouvrait la fenêtre, il y avait le bruit des avions, donc nuit blanche pour les 3 occupants de la chambre numéro 307!!

Ambiance et déco vraiment super sympa, personnel au top, literie et chambre nickel, nourriture (petit déjeuner et dîner) variée et de bonne qualité. J'ai en plus eu la chance d'assister à un petit concert vraiment cool, petit duo de guitaristes au top. Que du positif

Le personnel est au top et à l'écoute des besoins des clients !! Les chambres sont très propre et agréable. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et pour couronner le plaisir il est a volonté 👍👍👍 Je ne constate aucun défaut . Encore un grand merci !

Hotel trop cher pour une chambre qui devrait être refaite dans sa totalité ( mais propre ) La moitié des chaînes de télévision ne fonctionne pas Petit déjeuner : il y a bien tout ce qu il faut pour déjeuner, si vous arrivez à trouver une table de libre et propre. Personne ne nettoie les tables après chaque déjeuner Tarif : on se croit à l aéroport, trois nuits égal trois tarifs différents Merignac n est pas le centre du monde. Il ferait bien d aller voir les autres Ibis en France ( je leur donne les adresses) pour voir leurs fonctionnement et leurs tarifs Assez déçu 😞

Pas d’eau la journée sans prévenir le client c’est inacceptable j’attend un geste d’excuse de votre part d’autant plus que la chambre n’as pas été faite on me propose d’aller me doucher au Novotel franchement un coup de fil de gêne ocasioné aurait été le bienvenue

Stayed here twice over the last fortnight, not convinced we will again. Room just very tired and basic and in need of attention. Temperature of room very hard to regulate, was pretty cold the second time we stayed. On a positive note was cheap and the staff both times were excellent. But, all in all, not great.
