Malheureusement l'hôtel n'est pas a la hauteur de mes espérances, il s'agit d'un quatre étoiles et malheureusement a part la gentillesse de la réception . Il n'y a rien de bon a dire .
La déco est vieillissante, la moquette en chambre pas propre et assez vieille, les gobelets en chambre été sales, de la rouille sur le bord de la baignoire , de la poussière dans pas mal d endroit .
Assez décevant pour le prix
Le petit déjeuner est bien mais 20 euros cela reste très cher .
Piscine assez petite .

Les points positifs : L’emplacement à 2 min d’un arrêt de tram pour Bdx ou l’aéroport. La literie douillette Le p’tit déjeuner copieux et varié Et ça s’arrête là ! Difficile de dire que l’on possède 4 étoiles lorsque l’établissement et certains membres du personnel ne le laisse pas transparaître. Une nuit en couple et ça nous a suffit. Une catastrophe. C’est clairement « je prends votre argent mais je ne re-injecte rien dans la société ». Comment peut on laisser se délabrer un hôtel de la sorte ? Je posterai des photos qui attesteront que nous sommes très loin d’un 4 étoiles…mais très très loin. Pour avoir séjourner dans des hôtels moins étoilés, très clairement cet établissement en mérite que 2…3 pour son p’tit déjeuner. Il est certain que je n’y remettrai pas les pieds.

Pas de wifi fonctionnel alors que besoin professionnel.
Pas de SPA ouvert alors que sur la réservation aucune indication... avec tarification idem voir plus...

Nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour la piscine : elle est fermée le lundi soir !
Nous sommes allés manger au restaurant de l’hôtel : le saumon sentait mauvais, les frites étaient froides, les poireaux pas cuits !
