Unique old England architecture. Staff helpful. Sadly we did not receive notice pool was closed until it was too late to change plans. Restaurant is excellent but it’s necessary to climb 2 flights of stairs to get to it. Easy safe walk to nearby pubs and park.

Lovely accommodation and restaurant. But...I don't know why these chain hotels charge a credit card surcharge. Smaller hotels don't so why the larger ones...Most clients will be paying by CC so it just seems like a price hike.

Lovely clean rooms. Bed was really comfortable with beautiful pillows. The room was really quiet considering it's on Papanui Road. The continental breakfast was lovely and the staff were really helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I spent 2 nights in Hotel Cotswold. What a beautiful hotel and reminded us of Cotswold in the UK. The room we had was very clean and a good size with quality furniture . The staff where very friendly and helpful also the reception is open 24 hours Would definitely stay again

Had a two bedroom unit which is perfect with kids (x 2 for us). We loved the decor- everything was comfortable. TVs in all the rooms which was exciting for our technology starved children. Staff were excellent and even when there were no carparks just sai we could park outside our door. Pool was freezing cold but we loved it and spent a few hours in there after a long flight down south and airports. Loved the in room amenities particularly the central Otago wine, chocolate and sparkling water. Beds were super comfy. Kids loved the pool and gym. Great location. Would totally stay again.

Très bien : bon accueil, hôtel de charme de style tudor en pierre. Chambre en rez-de-chaussée avec un salon et une chambre très sympa et cosy. Lit très confortable. Restauration possible ainsi que le petit déjeuner. Il y a une piscine et un sauna, mais pas vu car arrivés trop tard. Très sympa.

Tolles Hotel im Tudor-Stil. Große Zimmer und sehr freundliches Personal. Das Essen ist lecker und das Frühstücksbüffet sehr vielfältig. Absolut empfehlenswert! Da fast alle Zimmer abseits der Hauptstrasse liegen, ist es zudem abends sehr ruhig. Vom Hotel ist man in ca. 20 min zu Fuss in der Innenstadt oder im Botanischen Garten.

We were welcomed to a Cotswold Village-like charm. Reception staff was friendly and allowed us to enter our unit earlier as all ready. We first walked into our beautiful unit which was full of Tudor charm with comfortable modern furniture and bathroom. Having an airconditioning unit was appreciated with the warm January weather and the super comfy beds and pillows. There was plenty of draws and cupboards for storage. Each of our 4 days we came back to a perfectly clean and tidy room. We had delicious dinners in their lovely restaurant and also had meals delivered to our room. Service was quick. Staff were exceptional and everything was immaculate. The hotel was quiet and beautifully presented. We would love to stay again one day.
