The apartments are very close to the beach, but a bit of a distance if you go to the city center or Surfers Paradise. Let's talk about the check-in experience. As soon as you enter the door, you can see that the facilities in the room are extremely old and do not match the pictures. The room has a musty smell but is acceptable, and the hygiene is also poor. The kitchen utensils were barely usable and the pans had their coating peeled off. The most frightening thing was that when I lifted the quilt, I could see a little spider crawling. I was so scared that I quickly contacted the platform customer service to give me feedback and wanted to cancel the reservation for the night after tomorrow. It's a pity that the hotel refused to cancel and could only continue to stay... I am really grateful to Ctrip's customer service, who patiently helped me communicate, although I failed to check out.
The most puzzling thing is that the hotel specifically contacted me and promised to clean the room for me, and then when I returned to the room at night, there was no trace of cleaning, and the bed sheets were not changed for me. How can this kind of service operate the apartment normally! All in all, an unpleasant stay experience

The location is fine, but the roadworks outside were noisy throughout the night and inconvenient in the day. The place needs some TLC as well.. the couch felt like it had fallen apart with lumps and dips across it. Missing aircon remotes, scuffs all over walls, marks on carpets etc.. it was safe and it was fine, but honestly a fair bit below my expectations.
We got the unit at a sale price, and we figured that was some stroke of luck on our part, but really that sale price should probably be the normal price given it's condition.

Beds and couches very worn and not fit for purpose. Apartment requires attention- scuffed walls. Limited kitchen items. Shower clean and hot.Excellent location to beautiful patrolled beaches and restaurants. Beautiful walking along beaches.

It was incredible, the apartments were super large and comfortable, first-class cuisine and the attention was incredible, it felt like home, I would always recommend it. We will be back soon.

Was disappointed to find on the floor in the dining room it was dirty, I trod on something that when I looked appears to be a broken piece of plastic off an item? I was itching in bed & concerned if the mattress was old & so dirty it needed replacing.. The washer was fine but the dryer was so small it made laundry hard & time consuming. Television in the lounge room had no ABC channels & the remote had no mute button so thankfully the 1 in the master bedroom did!!

Nice Area, Nice guy running the show, helpful and easy to contact. Had a little problem with our room and it was sorted with efficiency and swiftness. Got a new nicer room which was nice too. Little bit dated and run down but overall 7/10
