The room had a toilet and shower, and the bed was clean and nice. Please note that you will only receive $1 when doing laundry. The location is great as there is a supermarket right in front.

The room is so big and great value for money

The roadworks outside the property were a little noisy during the night. Given this is not usual it is just something that has to be dealt with at this time. I liked the Montego Mermaid Beach Motel and would stay there again if possible when I am down the coast.

So well set up!! The complimentary tea coffee milk & spring water in the fridge is amazing, the bed's made nicely & it smells good after all the cleaning had been done 100% beautifully. The bathroom hadn't got much available in the way of shower gel shampoo & conditioner but there's soap there.

The room was lovely . Staff friendly Pool clean and good temperature l Location is great

The stay was good and pleasant friendly staff and friendly stayers also a close walk to shops and beach

Honestly was so surprised!! Like a little Melrose Place. Great job on the refurb! Will definitely be back 😀

Happy with the location. Across the road from a pharmacy, Woolworths, butchers. A block away from Mermaid Beach easy walk. Not far to drive to Pacific Fair a large shopping complex, cinemas and restaurants.

The room was lovely and clean. It also looked like it had been renovated fairly recently. The beds were soooo comfortable!! 10/10

The staff were lovely apon arrival and we felt safe and secure. The outside has a nice touch to it very clean

The room and property was ok. but the group of teenagers staying there and partying all night until 4am in the morning. could not get any sleep. will not be staying here again.

The room was all right but I couldn't sleep for the two nights I stayed there because of the noise from the road.
