The moment I arrived there was someone getting arrested and I should have known there I picked the wrong hotel. First room I got in was leaking water from the ceiling onto the toilet.
I reached out the front desk and they came to check (I guess to make sure I wasn’t lying) before giving me another room.
The other room ended up being for a king VS two queen beds but my family of three could make that work so no big deal there BUT the new room we got put in had a roach. I didn’t even have to put my stuff down before I seen it. I let the front desk know, she asked if I wanted to go back to the previous room. I politely said no “ifs in one room , it’s most likely in all of them.” Mind you the new room was across the hall from the first room.
At this point it’s 930pm and when I contacted ******* they said they could not do anything because the hotel wouldn’t answer
So I went back to the hotel and had to stand there to make sure answered ( she just kept staring at me like she didn’t want to while the phone was ringing) And then tells ******* support she can’t give refund refund she ain’t the manager .
We ended up driving 6 hours back home because I was tired and over it at that point.
Called the next day and the hotel still denied refund because manager still was not on site and they didn’t know when he would be in. I only got 25 back from a 62 room.
I guess I got what I paid for but DO NOT STAY HERE
