Well first off I stayed there in 2021 it was under another management then it was clean wall wasn’t looking dirty elevator wasn’t smelling grounds wasn’t smelling of urine walls peeling a had a dirty tampon sitting on a shelf in the room by the couch area by the door sitting chair it was red it was so filthy and the couch had crumps on the couch walls was dirty peeling it’s sad how things just be let go cause now it’s under another new manager and it’s not the same when I stayed in 2021 hallway was cold and it smelled

My room was clean, the bed was comfortable and although check in was my only interaction with the staff it was pleasant and fast.

When we got to our room at midnight the heat was not on and the temp in the room was 59 degrees. It did warm up but was very cold and unwelcoming when we got there. Also, the shower head was not great!

The stay at the hotel was not great. There was a strong smell of **** throughout the hotel and in the parking lot. I brought my kids there and they almost could not bear it. There was a large group of kids that pretty much took over the pool. There was a very long wait for breakfast and there were items that were empty due to that same group. While there is nothing that the hotel could have done about some of this, some assistance and monitoring would have been extremely helpful.

After a night of misfortune and ending up stranded 3 hours from home, my bud and I found ourselves at the front desk of this fine establishment, greeted by a kind woman named Keisha. Miss Keisha took us under her wing, fought against unrelenting technological issues, and found us a room. At 3 o’clock in the morning. With a smile on her face! Upon arrival, the lobby was EXTREMELY clean and felt warm and inviting. Our room was clean and well put together, the beds were comfy, the vending machines had yummy snacks, and the hotel itself is in a quiet area. I wish I could give a 6 star review for Keisha alone. Two major lessons were learned tonight - always have a go-bag. And always have a Keisha.

Wasn’t as clean as I thought it would be. Breakfast wasn’t great not a lot of choices small portions. Lots of doors being slammed all night.
