The room is very spacious and suitable for family travel. It is close to the heart of the sea. It is a pity that a beach road was built on the coast beach behind the hotel.

We stayed at this resort from August 25th to 30th. It was recommended to us by the agency that followed us for the organization of our trip to Egypt. I must say that after booking I had some doubts reading the various comments. I had to change my mind, the stay was above expectations. Spacious and comfortable room, good cleaning. Very friendly staff and always available. Varied and quality food, perhaps a little too spicy for my personal taste, but I have always eaten well. The swimming pool was excellent, I also found the shuttle service to the private beach convenient, very beautiful beach, clean and well kept. Congratulations also to the animators, kind and never intrusive. Thank you for giving us some wonderful relaxing days!

Really nice and clean room with patio overlooking the pool. The staff were very kind and welcoming, a girl at the reception always cared about how our stay was going. For a European abroad the restaurant can be considered above the average for Arab countries. Security at all times as in all resorts in Egypt. I recommend it because it has a good value for money. Wi-Fi is only at the reception, not in the rooms. The only negative note was the price increase at check-in because I paid by card, so I highly recommend arriving with Egyptian pounds.

Nice hotel, but bathroom cleanliness is not good. Also, the sound of the daily songs and parties is very loud and annoying and continues until 2 am and there is no solution despite the repeated complaints. The workers are polite and diligent, but some professionalism is lacking because it is considered one of the best places in Marsa Matrouh. You should choose the private beach in a farther area, such as El Abyad, where the sea is wonderful.
