Staff is great, location is close to town and maku5. The food was delicious, the view is spectacular and the rooms are squeaky clean.

Really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Eriz. Clean throughout and very friendly and helpful staff.
A special thank you to Charity - super helpful and super polite.
The hotel arranged a tour to Meru National Park with Mark Marutek of Marutek Adventures. The tour was fabulous.
The only two issues I had was poor internet cover on the 7th floor. Also the breakfast was quite underwhelming.
However, I would definitely stay at the hotel again because of the other positives.

Convenient location, easy to find near town but not noisy. Cafe and restaurant staff, view and food excellent. Pillow top bed great. Parking limited but adequate. Great price on *******.

Hotel was acceptable and was probably a nicer place at one time.
It has gone down and some areas were not that great. However, for the price it was ok.
