Modern 4 BED/3 BATH Newly Renovated Home

I wanted to share that the pictures in the listing are very strategically framed to hide the large metal powerlines directly in front of the home (same side of the street), If that bothers you like it does us, then please take note! Also the area did not look safe. There was an incident 1 block away with several police cars. We ended up losing our money and booked a hotel. We were not comfortable staying here.

This house was perfect for our family in town for our son's graduation from ASU. The house itself was clean, open, adorably decorated, and well equipped. There was plenty of seating for all of us indoors and outdoors. The dining table is large and the chairs are comfortable too. The primary bathroom is very pretty, we loved it. We had a lovely barbecue with the family and there is also plenty of parking - room for 4 vehicles in the driveway/carport area. The location is perfect - an easy drive to ASU campus and the Phoenix airport. Check in and out was a breeze! The whole stay was wonderful!

Such a cute house. It was decorated so cute. It had everything we needed and I loved it. We will definitely stay again!

The hosts were great to communicate with and quickly at that. The house itself was clean and spacious. We originally rented this out for my son’s birthday party and there was a lot of room to put two tables with 6 chairs each plus the backyard. The ping pong table was fun to play with as well. The water pressure in the showers were strong, which is important! Lovely stay and would rent again.

Very nice place! Would definitely stay again. Only minor notes were 1) there was a used vape left in one of the rooms either not caught by cleaning folks or left by them. 2) Lots of air wicks throughout the house but they were all empty upon arrival. 3) Ensuite bathroom could use a small waste can. Other than that, everything was great. Lots of activities for our kiddos and everyone to enjoy (board games, ping pong table, yard games). We stayed for the Chicago Cubs spring training games, and it was a pretty straightforward 20-minute walk to the stadium. There was plenty to do and the house was proximal to everything we needed. The house is right off of a main road, but that didn't bother us much. Our kids slept fine in the rooms that were closest to the roads - no complaints. The house had all the amenities you could need from laundry detergent to kitchen supplies. We will definitely check to see if the house is available for our trip to Sloan Park next year. Thanks!

For us the house was ideally located for baseball Spring Training. And while it is on a busy street, we didn’t find it noisy. The driveway is easy to get in and out of. The kitchen is very well supplied, including everything for grilling. The backyard is also wonderful for gathering, with chairs, table and a well functioning grill. All of the rooms were as nice as listed if not nicer. We were completely pleased with the house. And the owner was available by phone for our questions and went above and beyond to help us. All in all, we were very pleased with our choice.

Perfect property! Location was great, house was super clean, stocked with everything you could need!!!! Really nice home with plenty of space. Really enjoyed the backyard and ping pong table. Will book again.
