My Husband and I found this lovely place on trip.com. We just loved it. Lenique she is the nicest lady She made sure we were okay also offered us some cookies. She smiled from the time we got there until the day we left. We will be going back soon.

The hotel staff was friendly, but the night counter was clearly understaffed. You need to be patient and wait to check in.

Nice, clean, and kind staff. I want to say “Shay” at the front desk was so helpful on our trip. We had to cancel for unforeseen circumstances, and on the week of, Shay was able to restore our reservation after we showed her our previous email of the canceled reservation. She was so professional, kind, understanding, and welcoming. Thank you Shay, and Doubletree for making our trip so pleasant.

This hotel needs a little TLC to raise it to typical Doubletree standards. The staff members were great and our room was spacious, but we couldn't escape the worn-out feel. The carpet appeared old, the glass doors (which could have let in cool night air) were sealed shut and the noisy, rattling air conditioner blew 24/7. The furnishings were worn and damaged. The towels in the fitness room were oddly thin and scratchy. The pool area is an attractive oasis from the desert heat.

Nice hotel. Large rooms and bathroom. Well kept. Close to freeway which made it very convenient for getting to East Mesa, Phoenix, and the Airport. Many restaurants and shopping nearby. Check in with Ray was both fun and fast. Will stay here again. Thanks Ray!
