Older hotel in good condition. Very clean, centrally located to downtown Mesa. Good price for the stay. Has a great bathroom, good water pressure. Towels, linens good quality and clean. Bed is why I fave it 4 stars. Good but not great!

We flew from the east coast to attend a family wedding and needed a special accommodation and they were the only hotel in the area willing to help us. Reception desk service was friendly, rooms were clean and fully stocked, and the hotel was peaceful and quiet. The only recommendations would be to have a restroom on the main floor for when the guest restroom is occupied. And the other is the breakfast bar could use some hot items like waffles or pancakes, but it was still satisfying. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
