Very easy check in process. Desk personal was friendly. Breakfast was OK. Beds were comfortable. Location was great cause it was close to Sloan Park. Hotel was clean.

This hotel is cute and new-age, but they need to “polish up” their cleanliness and AC. The room had all the features (bed, outlets , etc) but the cleanliness was not up to par - hair on the floor (my socks were covered in hair), no cleaning behind the chair. The AC was so loud (like a jet engine getting ready for takeoff) that it would wake me up every time it turned on. For the price I paid it was not a very restful stay. I would not recommend this particular Azure Hotel.

Entire hotel including my room smelled like stale garbage. No drinking water available. Said they were “out” of water. Staff was nice enough. Room
was cleaned very nicely by housekeeping. The smell really made this stay very unpleasant.

I thought the hotel was cute, clean and the staff was always very helpful. Was a little concerned with the neighborhood, but it turned out to be quiet and just fine! Would stay here again!

Front desk lady was not very friendly but nighttime guy made up for it. Our room was lovely but my side of the bed had a big dip in it. Hotel was quiet and there was plenty of parking. Breakfast was not very exciting but we had read other reviews and knew that ahead of time. Loved the blue soft towels and the HUGE TV.
