Hidden fees of 200.00 at check in due on credit card. Food was good. Allowed to check in early and get a ground floor room, as the elevator was out of order.

Great little hotel next to a shopping complex. Welcoming, friendly staff, small swimming pool, comfortable room, free coffee in lobby plus cookies on arrival. Breakfast limited but enjoyable - especially the waffle machine.

Would be nice if room fresheners were available, and bottles of water to make coffee or drink.

Location is convenient to shopping and dining. Also easy access to freeways

Small room , very small beds

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. Even tho I booked it for the wrong day. It was very stressful . But thank God for Corey who went above and beyond to help us. Room was very clean and quiet which is everything we needed.

Let me be direct…for over $200 a night, we encountered conditions I wouldn’t accept at a fraction of the price: ∙Bathroom door with gaping gaps — no latch, no privacy whatsoever ∙A THICK layer of DUST coating the clothing cabinet — housekeeping clearly hadn’t reached it in some time ∙NO elevator access for our entire stay — despite being placed on the second floor ∙NO handrail on the staircase — my wife fell while carrying luggage out on our departure day. This is not an inconvenience; it is a safety hazard and a liability ∙HAIR LEFT BEHIND from a prior guest — an inexcusable lapse in basic sanitation This is not a hotel experience. This is a motel and I use that word deliberately, not as an insult to motels, but as an accurate reflection of what was delivered at a premium price point. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR: DON’T take my word for it. Spend your money elsewhere. PS: If you booked through *********** expecting support? Don’t. We received zero response. You are entirely on your own.
