Sheraton Mesa Hotel at Wrigleyville West

Was a great time and stay there staff worked with me on extending during my stay

Extremely clean property , love the park out in front of the hotel . Doesn’t even feel like your staying at a hotel with the surroundings . Very friendly staff , good food from the restaurant. 5 stars all the way around

Love this hotel. Rooms are really nice and pics don't do it justice. Next time I want to book for a longer stay so I can enjoy all the everything the hotel has to offer, especially the hot tub and heated pool.

Sad. Could be nice. Pool bar closed and it's high season. Rooms clean but old and tiny. Wow. Small. Felt like I was in France. Restaurant La Pancha closed for years apparently. Only a bar to eat at. Had to go to Scottsdale $18 Uber. Won't be back. Here for Cubs games, but the cost vs better, not worth it.

Not a good experience. First room, faucet in shower wasn't attached to the wall properly so when you took a shower there was water all over the floor. All the tiles on the bathroom floor were cracked and made noise whenever you walked on them. We moved to a different room where the water in the tub didn't drain, so every time you took a shower you were standing in several inches of water. Towels were thin, worn, and ripped. No restaurants within walking distance - except for the one next door in the Marriott Courtyard. There are food trucks and vendors inside Sloan Park. Onsite restaurants were non-existent; there is basically a bar with food that you can order. They do have room service, but the fee they charge you to bring it to your room is too much. You're better off picking up your order at the bar and bringing it to your room. Pools were all filthy - full of dirt and leaves; they're supposed to be heated but the water was cold - as was the water in the whirlpool (which is basically just a small pool with very weak jets). Hot tub was hot and jets were strong, but it was small and always crowded. Beds were comfortable; furniture in the rooms was dated. We did receive a discount on our room rate and some food vouchers since we complained to the manager. Only pro is it's right next door to Sloan Park. But for the price we paid for a room - even with the discount we received because the hotel was so bad - was too high. This was our first time attending Cubs' Spring Training. Next year we will stay in Phoenix at a better hotel with a better room rate and rent a car. You live and learn. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. If you want to be within walking distance of Sloan Park, you might want to check out the Marriott Courtyard. I heard that it has recently been remodeled.

Great staff Great Location - Housekeeping and Front Desk were awesome. Right next store to the cub's spring training and great park for short walks, they were dog friendly. we loved the pool area, and the staff was lovely would stay there again.
