Very friendly staff and an efficient check-in experience.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here while hosting family and friends for my daughter’s wedding. Our group occupied 9 rooms, and the hotel handled everything beautifully. The property was clean, comfortable, and very accommodating for a larger group gathering together. The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. One thing that truly stood out was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely eager to make sure we had what we needed. They went above and beyond, even checking ingredients for breakfast items and bringing out specific items as requested. As someone who appreciates attention to gluten-free needs, I was pleasantly surprised to find packaged gluten-free bagels (upon request), hard-boiled eggs still in the shell, and staff willing to double-check the yogurt ingredients for us. That level of care means a great deal. The location was also perfect for our needs throughout the wedding weekend. Overall, this hotel helped make a very special family occasion even more enjoyable, and I would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone visiting the area.

Stayed here for 18 nights due to fire in our home. This was a wonderful retreat for my wife and I after being displaced. Staff was extraordinarily courteous, helpful, kind and responsive. Everyone from front desk, housekeeping, grounds, food service etc. Shauna(sp), Dawn, Shy, AJ, Laura, all staff, can’t remember all the names! Hotel was clean, there was a variety of breakfast items to choose from everyday , along with 24/7 hot coffee! The grounds are very well kept, nice places to relax outside and beautiful pool! We didn’t want to leave even though our new house was ready! Thank you for a welcome, comfortable, clean place to hunker down. Too nice to leave!

Hotel was very clean, atmosphere seemed cross between resort experience and hotel, our suite was very comfortable for our 19 day stay ( due to being displaced from our fire damaged home), dishwasher, fridge, dinner water provded. Noise level was minimal even when teen league families were there. Enjoyed the breakfast included everyday, excellent coffee 24/7. Can’t say enough about the staff!!! There to help, friendly, made us feel at home. Nice laundry and fitness center. Beautiful pool and outdoor patio areas to relax.

This property was excellent in overall. Wonderful staff, great access to places, safe environment. I would have given it 5 stars all around if it wasn’t because of the stiff bed and soggy pillows. The bed were so hard that I had to sleep on the sofa the last 4 nights out 6. Also the cleaning staff only never changed my sheets and asked me if I thought the floor needed mopping. To which I reply “what do you think?”. But I would stay there again the next time. Just need to request a pillow top.

Great place to stay, but the bathtoom handles were too small and coupd not open sometimes.

The bedding was awful. The king bed had a weird full size down blanket that looked more like a mattress topper. It had weird flaps on the edges. Pillows were uncomfortable. Breakfast was awful. Milk was spoiled. Constantly out of the basic items. Slow to replenish. I would not stay here again. Also it’s right next to a small airfield. A plane flies over about every 30 seconds.

They only make the room up every other day. When they did make my room, they did not provide new towls or take the old towls out.
