I cannot leave a 5 star review because I did not receive 5 star service. In fact, I did not receive 2 star service. I will send a review to tripadvisor. Please pass this email along to the owners of the Mojave Edge. They should know what is happening at their venue. Quality control and customer service are poor at your hotel. 1. See below…. “Re gards” (quality control) 2. Our car broke down (fuel pump) and we had to spend an extra night in Mesquite. The room was $250 for the night. When I talked to the mechanic in the morning, he said he would have the repair done at noon. I called the desk asking for an hour grace for the checkout time of 11:00am. I was told brusquely that it would be $50 per hour. I explained our situation and was told again…”$50 per hour”. Wow…Customer Service at its best. I would not stay at Mojave Edge at any time in the future when visiting Mesquite, nor will I recommend that anyone I know stay at this establishment. Ron Pollock 907-223-9302

We had a one bedroom condo. The kitchens are extremely ill equipped. No salad bowls, paper towels, spatulas, sharp knives, not even a sponge. One dish towel and one cloth. The coffee pot needs to be replaced and how about some coffee filters!!!

Such a nice relaxing place to stay. The entire resort was super clean as well as the rooms. Restaurant had great food. The staff were very friendly and helpful with anything we needed. I would definitely recommend this place but I think I’ll keep it my hidden little gem. Really enjoyed the entire weekend.

Such a great surprise! Actually a one-bedroom apar**ent. Huge bathroom. Big closet. Kitchen area with everything the two of us needed. Quiet grounds. Big pool area. Restaurant and exercise room on site. Loved our visit. Hope to be back. No pets. No smoking.

Upon first arrival the hotel was not what I had expected. It was very dark outside in the parking lot and around the outside of the hotel. The inside was also on the dark side. There are people that live in the hotel it seems and it is VERY hodge hodge.. including a camouflage microwave haha. My 9 year old said it seemed like we were at grandmas house. (I'd agree with the review saying it is like a retirement center turned hotel) Our room was over the restaurant which at first I was happy about so I didn't have to worry about my kids running around. But we got to listen to the very loud music at a party in the restaurant for hours at night. The room was clean enough so that was nice. Bed and pillow were rock hard. People outside of the hotel talking at night sounded like they were inside our hotel room. There was a big gap under the front door so we could hear everything in the hallway and room Nextdoor. Thankfully we brought a sound machine which made it so my kids could sleep. I kept thinking I'd never stay here again until I went to visit with friends at Casablanca hotel and it REAKED of cigarette smoke. It actually made me more thankful to go back to our hotel. Ha! So, maybe for Mesquite it's fine. If there weren't other smoke free option in Mesquite then I'd stay here again just for that fact. I hate giving this review because there isn't much about it that's nice. But I guess that's how I'd say our stay was.

Appears to be a retirement home that was transformed into a hotel. Furniture and decor was very dated. Rooms were dark. Looked like straight out of the 70’s. Breakfast was not included. In-house restaurant food was poor. Rooms were way over-priced. Outdoor pool was ice cold.

Two of four pillows were covered in black hair. The room was disgustingly dirty (water bottles and dead grubs behind the bed when I pulled it out to plug in a charger). The room smelled badly of stale smoke. The decor is incredibly dated and cheap. The whole "resort" is actually a retirement community (HOA included!) and most of the good reviews from recent are probably bogus and/or from residents or their families. Overall, the stay was overpriced and memorable for all of the wrong reasons :-(
