Nice hotel, only opportunity was both washers are out of order.

I rate the hotel a 3 because I can tell this is often used as an extended stay for some, and the odor of people's Pets peeks out over the cheap scented fragrance. It wasn't the cleanliness. But the ladies who work housekeeping and front desk customer service and willingness to accommodate were why I stayed! They were very understanding and accommodating to my complaints and gave no friction while trying to make sure I was pleased. I appreciate that so much!
The place is okay for a night, pushing it if 2. I wouldn't do more than that.

Stay away. After the bottom drawer on the vanity attached opened on the inside after we closed the door at 7am the hotel told us we’d have to leave our things as maintenance doesn’t work Sundays. So no clothes, diapers, meds, etc as it’s “not an emergency”. After involving the fire depar**ent they got the door open around noon. I informed the hotel this was an emergency as we had meds in the bathroom we needed. I asked for a refund. When I called Marriott. They informed me the manager would call me. Well she did and she not only yelled at me but told me they went through my stuff in the bathroom and didn’t see any medication. I’d happily showed them medication if they wanted and where it was since they couldn’t “find” it while going through my things. Which I believe is a lie as it didn’t look like anything had been touched. I will never stay here again.

First day to the last, the staff was wonderful as well as joyful. The property inside and out was well maintained, cluster free, and eye catching. This was a birthday present for my mom. She wanted me to make sure to say how professional, considerate the staff were. Thank yiu
