I only went to get some sleep it was only good for that. I will not use again the same room located next to stairway very noisy.

Never stayed here this is fraud and you keep applying this to my credit card my new credit card how are you getting my number I will be taking you to court you don’t have the right to take money from people that don’t have it to give to you I never stayed at your establishment I never book with you guys I only stayed at Fairfield

Would use this hotel only as an overnight stay because there was nowhere else to stay. The refrigerator in my room did not work. We had to utilize the hotel’s refrigerator. There wasn’t a phone in the room. The bathroom needed renovation. The walls are Very thin. The front staff wasn’t there upon arrival. She finally arrived through the front entrance with a child. However, while there, the front staff was helpful; although, one of them gave misinformation. The pillows were flat.

We got 2 rooms, 1 room didn’t have coffeemaker or alarm clock, no toilet paper holder. 1 bed we found hair and toenail clippings. Breakfast was just muffins, yogurt granola bars.

I’ve been to this place a few times to deliver food or stay. I’ve never one time walked in to the building and seen an attendant. Always have to call for them. Then takes for ever for them to get there. Then you’re not greeted with enthusiasm at all. Just low energy in this place. It’s not the worst hotel but certainly not the nicest. I got this through ******* and after driving here I realized I could have spent my $100 to stay at a much nicer place. This place needs refurbed, it needs someone at the front desk at all times to greet you with a welcome like most places do. Couches and chairs in the lobby and rooms look like second hand stuff with stains I guess lots of truckers stay here and the room smelled like cigarette smoke. However it was quiet, the room was clean which is about all I can say that is positive. With all the new homes and restaurants and the rodeo here this place will need to be much better in the future.
