Chambre vraiment trop petite ( on ne peut même pas ouvrir la porte ( en contreplaqué )des sanitaires en même temps que celle de la salle de bain !!) Pas digne d'un "Relais et Châteaux"

The hotel is in a great location right on the lake and a 5 minute walk from some of the best beaches in Europe. Our room was clean and tastefully decorated but could have benefitted from a stand-alone shower rather than a bath (there’s a lot of sand around!). The vibe is relaxed and cool. The staff were attentive and very helpful. Great breakfast spread. We didn’t eat in the restaurant as we preferred the seafront bars and restaurants where you could watch the sunset. Nice pool, good wifi, free parking. Nothing to fault really.

We didn't know the village or the hotel and were very nicely surprised by both. The location of the hotel is amazing and the service was excellent.

Nous avons passé 2 jours dans cette très jolie maison au bord du lac . Tout était parfait . L'accueil est très chaleureux et sympathique, notre chambre avait une très jolie vue sur la piscine et le lac. Jolie décoration, litérie super confortable ... Excellent diner au restaurant samedi soir . Je vous recommande le menu Baînes.... Nous sommes repartis reposés et avec l'envie de revenir !

un sejour au bord du lac ou tout est calme dans cet hotel emblématique d'Hossegor est un moment d'exception: lieu, confort, prestation, service tout est parfait et encore plus avec un diner savoureux au restaurant! fFelicitaitons aux propriétaires pour faire revivre ce lieu magique et surtout un grand merci a tout le personnel , attentif, professionel et souriant ....

Nous revenons aux Hortensias, et nous avons autant de plaisir. Un bel endroit dans un environnement de qualité. Nous pouvons prendre le temps, nous reposer. La promenade au bord du lac est agréable. La chambre et sa grande terrasse avec vue nous invite à la pose. Le personnel est présent et souriant, il faut le souligner. C'est une réussite totale. La table de Philippe Moreno est la cerise sur le gâteau. Nous avions découvert le restaurant en 2022, et nous constatons que nous nous y sentons bien, de part l'accueil, le service, et la qualité gustative et visuelle des assiettes. Merci à tous. Nous reviendrons
