I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel & Spa and I must say, it was a truly splendid experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm and friendly service that made me feel instantly welcomed. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the exceptional service provided by the executive housekeeper, Mr. Gagandeep Chugh. His attentiveness and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure my comfort were truly commendable. His professionalism and kindness made my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms at the hotel were incredibly comfortable, with beds that were like sleeping on a cloud. I must admit, the comfort was so amazing that I found it difficult to wake up early enough to try the breakfast buffet. However, I have no doubt that it would have been as delightful as the rest of my stay. The location of the hotel is also worth mentioning. Situated along the beautiful Messilah Beach, the views were breathtaking. Whether it was lounging by the pool or taking a stroll along the beach, there was always a sense of tranquility and relaxation. Overall, my experience at Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel & Spa was nothing short of exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Kuwait. Thank you to Mr. Chugh and the entire staff for making my stay truly unforgettable.

Every thing was nice except the door access was not working for many rooms that we reserved. Breakfast was amazing.

Somewhat disappointed with this stay. For some reason the receptionist decided to give a family with 2 children a smoking room right from the get go. After complaining we were quickly moved to another room, however, the AC wasn’t working in the living room. We were offered to change again but we refused after having moved once already and just stayed in the bedroom section of our room where the AC was working. The table in the living as we walked by was a tripping hazard. It was flat on one side and my husband tripped and almost broke his knee. We moved it to the end of the room and found a used “cigarette” butt under the table after we moved it. The rest of the room and bathroom and kitchen were clean and spacious and quiet. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was ok. The facilities were good.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation to the team at Jumeirah Kuwait Hotel for my amazing and unique experience during my stay. The service was excellent, and the place was quiet and beautiful, making my stay very comfortable and enjoyable. I look forward to returning in the future and highly recommend the hotel. I visited the Jumeirah Hotel to celebrate my son's birthday, and I was amazed by the reception and hospitality, starting with the lovely receptionist Katrina, who sent a beautiful cake and a bouquet of flowers to our room to celebrate the birthday. Additionally, the housekeeping staff, Asghar and Bosco, were extremely kind and did their job perfectly.

Fast and Early check in . Amazing preparations with many surprises… welcoming staff specially Mr. Gaghandeep , who always goes beyond our expectations . Everything was amazing … I love this place it is our second house …

The worst experience in hotels I know Kuwait is not tourist country but too noisy hotel no pervcy plus bad food liss choice

Amazing service, I thank speaifcly reservation supervisors Ms. Sondos, reception Mr. Bader who I can remember their name but in general I want to thanks from valet parking to the people who serve on the pool and the beach for their kind treatment. Me and my family had a great time and will sure visit again

Always you will find good service in jumeirah Rooms are always clean and nice. Food is very delicious in room dining. The pool is nice to relax. Also the spa. And the coffee in lobby also is very nice place. Specially all staff in hotel are very kind and helpful. The employee Ms.Faith is one of the best and best employees I ever seen

I had a great stay at the hotel! And i had a luxurious time with top-notch service and amenities. Big shoutout to Katrena for being a real gem during my stay . It's those little touches of kindness that make a hotel experience extra special. Thank you so much

Everything is very old, the furniture, the decoration, the carpet had many spots it feels dirty. The staff were nice but the service is very sloooow. The bed and pillows are not comfortable at all I couldn’t sleep well. I don’t think ill be coming again
