The virtual check in experience was a complete hassle beginning an irritating visit. The room smelled of sewer gas from poorly vented plumbing. The now typical Italian B&B breakfast trick of getting a voucher for a nearby cafe. As per usual on day one we got a coffee each, a pastry each and a bad attitude. On the second day we were welcomed at the cafe with even more attitude. Then informed we can have our pastries but coffee would be an extra charge. Do yourself a favour, stay somewhere else.

Great location. Modern and nicely decorated, well equipped and comfortable beds. Different types of pillows available in the room. Thank you so much for the low pillow! Fast check in/out. All of the people are incredibly generous with their time and advice.
The cleaning lady is so helpful and kind. The staff exceeded our expectations. We had a great stay and would definitely return!
