Errore da non rifare mai più 😔 Indecente sotto tutti gli aspetti. Dovrebbero chiuderlo perché non raggiunge le minime condizioni d'igiene. Rapporto qualità /prezzo negativo. Pagato 58 € non ne vale 30€

Molto spartano e con proprietari alternativi,ma per il buon prezzo ci sta tutto.Ci hanno dato anche la prima colazione. Molto vicino alla stazione quindi comodo per chi è di passaggio ed ha molti bagagli

Le seul intérêt de cet hôtel est qu’il est très proche de la gare ferroviaire et du port pour les départs de Ferries mais il faudrait qu’il soit mieux entretenu, volets impossible à remonter etc... et surtout qu’ils enlèvent la lumière de sortie de secours qui éclaire la chambre comme en plein jour, sans parler du couloir qui reste éclairé toute la nuit avec une porte qui a une vitre. On a pratiquement pas put dormir. C’est dommage car l’accueil très tardif a été très sympathique.

Sebbene avessimo prenotato e pagato con ampio anticipo, la prenotazione non risultava, siamo stati relegati in una stanza terribile, fatiscente, con condizionatore guasto. L Hotel può essere anche datato, ma è vergognoso che si regga in piedi su una serie di aggiusti e accozzaglia di mobilia. Esperienza terribile.

The person who was checking us in couldn't speak English at all, and we don't speak Italian. He demanded from us a city tax of 2eur/person and become very upset when we didn't want to pay it ( that's because according to email from ******* it should be 1eur/person). We translated the email for him but, nevertheless, he was quite unpleasant towards us. Later in the day some other guy (with a bit of English) waved the payment off but the two of them treated us like an evil necessity till the end of our stay.
Hotel's offer includes luggage storage. We were able to use it before the check in but after the check out they restricted this option to only one hour. We were left with no choice but to carry our bags around for next 2h.
Moreover, in the bathroom showering and using sink water at the same time might be dangerous: only one can have cold water at the time
and if you are in the shower you can boil yourself.
In the shower I found traces of someone shaving there ( it was none of us).
Overall good location but unpleasant stay.

Un incubo totale.... non è da chiamarsi hotel. Una puzza da morire di muffa, squallore totale, i bagni da paura. Dovrebbero andare a fare una visita e anche velocemente i medici dell'asp. 60€ quando con 40€ a messina sono stato in b&b di ultima generazione spettacolari. Non sarà mai più.

Non si può chiamare hotel , il vecchiume e la sporcizia fanno da padroni. Muri scrostati ,camere fatiscenti bagni fetidi,mai visto niente del genere . È consigliabile una visita della ASL per disinfettare gli ambienti.. asciugamani sporchi, materazzi sfondati , è consigliabile andare altrove.

Sorvoliamo sulla prima impressione che si ha entrando. Sorvoliamo sul proprietario. Arrivo in stanza e i riscaldamenti erano spenti e la stanza gelida. La camera puzzava di vecchio con l’intonaco scrostato dalle pareti. Il bagno sporco con lo spazzolone del cesso giallo di vecchio, bidet messo in una nicchia e anche a volerlo utilizzare (follia) era impossibile, bagno senza finestra è una ventola piena di polvere e rumorosissima. Materasso del letto sfondato, tolgo le coperte e trovo un asciugamani sotto le coperte (dimenticato?), cambio letto e trovo la coperta piena di macchie di giallo e PELI.. ho dormito vestito con il giubbotto e con una maglietta sopra il cuscino buttando le coperte ai piedi del letto. sono scappato l’indomani senza neanche fare colazione (a detta del proprietario due cornetti in busta e un caffè dalla macchinetta). I riscaldamenti non sono regolabili ed erano messi al minimo con la pompa di calore che si staccava ogni due secondi e riattaccava senza mai raggiungere una temperatura decente.
