This hotel is right on the sea so I would recommend taking a sea view room. They have big suits that are very spacious. We took the best room comprised of a large bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, living room, and media room. All of those were a decent size so it felt like living in your apartment. The balcony was massive with nice furniture as well. The staff was very nice and friendly and the room was kept very clean. Breakfast needs to be requested a day in advance but there are a lot of coffee shops in the area. It is easy to find parking in the area. It was very comfortable to stay there!

Ottimo pulizia disponibilità in tutto struttura nuova e di fronte la spiaggia ottima colazione e camere spaziose lo consiglio particolarmente sia per vacanze che per lavoro ci tornerò spero al più presto grazie mille di tutto a tutto lo staff

Un hotel recentemente ristrutturato, proprio di fronte al mare, ambienti dai colori allegri, vivaci. Le camere sono veramente ampie e dotate di tutti i comfort, dalla Smart tv al clima autonomo e silenzioso, alla cucina in camera per chi avesse voglia di cucinare qualcosa, al bagno con grande doccia super moderna. le camere hanno a disposizione un ampio terrazzo attrezzato che per alcune camere è proprio fronte mare. La colazione non è a buffet ma è servita all’orario concordato e la sera prima si può scegliere cosa mangiare da un abbondante menu, così si evitano gli sprechi! Anche adesso che è febbraio qui è bellissimo, e possibile fare delle lunghissime passeggiate fronte mare e godere della bellissima spiaggia

Il soggiorno nel Resort (dall' 11 al 19 luglio 2023 - insieme a mia moglie) è stato al di sopra di ogni aspettativa: nella Suite le camere, dotate di TV a schermo piatto, angolo cottura e aria condizionata, sono molto spaziose, sempre pulitissime e in ordine, fornite di ogni comfort(pure troppo comodo il materasso da cui era difficile staccarsi al mattino...),un bagno grandissimo e una terrazza con vista sul mare che dista a pochi metri. Tutto finalizzato a fare in modo che l'ospite si senta accolto e accudito. Il Personale è molto professionale è gentilissimo e fornisce indicazioni molto utili. All’uopo ringrazio i responsabili per averci riservato ogni possibile attenzione. Un posto in cui, da buon siciliano ritornerò sicuramente e che consiglio senza soluzione di continuità. Grazie grazie grazie a tutto lo staff da Pippo e Tania.

La struttura sorge sul bel lumgomare di Venetico. All 'arrivo ti accoglie un clima di elegante cortesia. La camera che ci é stata assegnata pur non essendo molto grande é dotata di tutti i confort. Aria condizionata gestibile in assoluta autonomia, frigobar, cassaforte accessori da bagno. Ma soprattutto una pulizia decisamente impeccabile. La colazione, efficacemente pianificata nell orario e nella scelta dei prodotti da consumare grazie ad un questionario consegnato alla reception la sera prima, offre prodotti di primissima scelta serviti in modo attento Assolutamente superlativi i croissant! Contiamo di tornarci presto...

Lovely place, great location, and nice rooms! However, the front desk clerk did not tell us you needed to request breakfast the day before. So day of, no breakfast offered even though all the materials at the hotel said complimentary breakfast offered until 10:30am and did not mention needing to alert the desk. Also with the ********** VIP status they were supposed to offer a late checkout and free room upgrade. They did not offer a room upgrade even though there was plenty of availability and the desk clerk said a late checkout was not possible. So even though a nice place, I don’t think this property should be listed as a VIP exclusive by any means.
