Comfortable bed, clean, parking, helpful personel. Breakfast was simple, but sufficient. Nice price. Place is isolated but there is a bus station in the front of the hotel. TV screen in very small. Air condition was blowinh on the bed.

Hotel cómodo bien situado y muy limpio, personal muy amable y un desayuno rico y variado. Con para de autobús en frente del hotel o 15 minutos andando hasta estaciones de tren. Te ofrecen un servicio de taxi del propio hotel (por 20€ a Venecia) que en determinadas circunstancias viene muy bien.

We stayed here for 3 nights (in room 202) and all was good enough for what we needed. Sadly, we never woke up early enough to try breakfast. Sleeping was very difficult because the room AC either doesn't work or stay cold enough, and we can't sleep well when too warm. We kept all the windows open to help circulation, and it helped a little bit. I would recommend traveling to Venice via the train (station Marghera) instead of bus; it was faster and more convenient for the same price.

Hotel in posizione strategica con la possibilità di prendere autobus proprio davanti alla struttura, od, in alternativa, il treno a soli 5 minuti a piedi per arrivare in centro a Venezia. Colazione di buona qualità con caffè ottimo. Abbiamo usufruito del servizio transfer ( andata e ritorno ) lasciando nel parcheggio dell’hotel la nostra auto. Personale professionale e molto cordiale. Ottima scelta sia per visitare Venezia che per una Crociera. Assolutamente consigliato!

Hotel pulito, ben insonorizzato, camere spaziose. Posteggio interno riservato. Buona e varia colazione. Fermata autobus di fronte all'hotel. Stazione a pochissimi minuti a piedi. Personale disponibilissimo. Ottimo per visitare Venezia e dintorni. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Bel hotel moderne et confortable. Très grande chambre. Parking. Bus juste en bas pour aller à Venise en une quinzaine de minutes (dommage que le dernier parte vers 19h de Venise), sinon le train mais moins pratique. Accueil plus que sympathique.

Even though the properly is in an industrial area, the cleanliness, staff friendliness convenience to shopping and proxikity to the lagoon city and ease to get there by bus, is a big plus .
