Stanze nuove e ben pulite. Colazione abbondante e che varia dal dolce al salato. Personale cordiale. Ho alloggiati qui per lavoro per 5 giorni.Prezzi nella media per il luogo molto vicino a Venezia distanza 20-30 minuti di autobus in base al traffico.

I was a guest of this hotel for three nights during a business trip. The property is located in a side street of one of the main avenues. The street it faces is not very large but still has a small reserved car park. The area is very busy and served by bars (one right in front) and restaurants. The center of Mestre can be reached in a few minutes by car. The rooms are not that big but they are clean and have all the basic amenities. However, I recommend adding shower shampoo to the bathroom because in my case I wasn't sure it was there. I slept well at night. I didn't have much interaction with the staff but they seemed friendly and professional. The breakfast is complete and satisfied me. Since the structure is not too large I appreciated the tranquility of the environment.

I stayed with my family the second week of the Carnival and I couldn't have chosen better, spacious and clean room. Excellent breakfast including sweet and savory. Free parking. Excellent location near the bus stop. Helpful and very kind staff.

Mother and Daughter trip to Venice staying at Hotel Nuova. Very nice Hotel. Basic but nice room, comfortable beds and very very clean. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Breakfast offered a great selection even for the fussiest of eaters. Bus stop straight to Venice from the end of the road. approx 15-20 minutes. They also offer airport transfers, which is much cheaper than taxi's at the airport. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is: They did not turn the air conditioning on in the room when you returned to the hotel in the evening; we asked for it to be turned on. It was turned off before we left to go out during the day. That said I still highly recommend this hotel, great value for money.
