Posizione ottima per raggiungere a piedi il centro di Mestre ma anche per i mezzi che in meno di 20 Min ti permettono di raggiungere Venezia. Più che per la posizione lo consiglio però per il personale, gentile, educato e disponibile, una vera garanzia.

Ok che costa poco, ma le finestre della camera (n. 301) non si chiudono e il traffico si calma solo per qualche ora a notte fonda. Stanza poco curata (muri rovinati, tenda della vasca- lasciamo perdere, pulizia sommaria, non ci sono tutti gli articoli da toilette indicati in foto). Colazione abbastanza buona. Bene il parcheggio interno gratuito

Albergo in centro a Mestre vicino a tram e bus; 20 minuti e sei a Venezia. Semplice ma con tutti i conforts. Camere pulite e spaziose. Colazione completa continentale. Personale premuroso, cortese e presente. Parcheggio nella struttura gratuito. Ritorneremo.

Ci siamo stati in occasione della maratona di Venezia... Hotel molto carino e comodo perché vicino alla stazione dei pullman che ti portano a Venezia...e molto vicino al centro. Parcheggio privato dove abbiamo lasciato l auto per ben due giorni senza pagare nulla.... Personale gentilissimo e disponibile.... Se l anno prossimo rifaremo la maratona di sicuro torneremo qui.

Sole due cose positive, la cordialità e la posizione vicino alle fermate bus per Venezia e per l'aeroporto di Treviso. Per il resto, hotel molto datato, bagno pietoso ed una colazione a buffet dove c'era pochissima scelta. Bisognerebbe ristrutturare il tutto e rifare i bagni, inoltre mi sono divertito ad uccidere le zanzare per non parlare di capelli presenti sul divano e sul letto.

We went before checking in and they kept our backpacks until the afternoon while we went to visit Venice. Super attentive service. The room was quite clean and comfortable. We recommend it quality-price and also the buffet breakfast is very good.

Small hotel but with absolutely everything you need, very clean, and with an excellent breakfast. The owner and his family were around which was nice and made us feel right at home. He also was unbelievably helpful when one of the people in our party was pick-pocketed in Venice near St. Mark's Square. He immediately personally walked him to the police station to report the theft and helped him fill out a police report. He did all this on a broken foot! Upon our arrival, the desk clerk and owner helped us with directions and the best choices of how to get to and from and around in Venice. Public transportation was a short walk from the hotel which was very convenient. Secure parking was available. Reasonable price. Internet worked well.
