Posto meraviglioso, camere famigliari accoglienti e pulite, letti comodissimi, silenzio e tranquillità. Personale gentile e disponibile. Fermata del bus attaccata alla struttura. Collegamenti con Venezia centro molto comodi. Consigliatissimo.

Our apartment was located in an ancient marvelous big mansion. Wonderfully furnished apartment. I felt as if I were the only inhabitant inside that wonderful home. As if I were the sole owner!

La struttura ha un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, pulita, con parcheggio. Il personale è disponibile e accogliente. La posizione è centrale sia per raggiungere il centro di Mestre che Venezia. L’unico neo è la colazione, il prezzo di 12 euro a testa non vale assolutamente, non ci sono prodotti tipici, ma pane e cornetti di un forno sito nelle vicinanze; accortezze maggiori in tal senso gli darebbero il punteggio completo.

Sono stata in questa residenza con mio marito e i miei 2 figli di 9 e 5 anni. L'appartamento è molto carino, ben arredato e pulito. La zona è tranquilla e silenziosa. L'esterno è ben curato, con ombrelloni e lettini a disposizione. La piscina è pulita e non affollata. Carino anche il piccolo parco per i bambini con il tappeto elastico e 2 altalene. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Immediatamente fuori dalla residenza c'è la fermata dell'autobus diretto a Venezia.

Location is way out and very isolated and staff is at best careless. Might work if you're Italian, have your own car and are staying in for a day or 2, but don't even think of going there if you're a tourist.

Is een villa gelegen net buiten Venetie. Het is heel rustig, met airco (toch wel belangrijk) en heeft een privéparking. Goede uitvalbasis voor bezoek aan Venetië en omliggende dorpen. Het personeel was heel behulpzaam. Meerdere adviezen gekregen voor openbaar vervoer, daguitstapjes, restauranten enz. Het openbaar vervoer is 10 m van de locatie. De kamers waren netjes en werden dagelijks opgefrist. Geen opmerkingen hierover. Klein minpuntje waren de stopcontacten die niet echt vast zaten. Maar ze zijn volop bezig om alles tot in de puntjes in orde te brengen. We waren er 8 dagen en hebben er echt van genoten.

Villa Moro Lin is a perfect tranquil haven out of the hustle and bustle of Venice. It was really easy to reach Venice by bus from a stop right outside the villa. The pool was great, we swam everyday. The Sun loungers were really comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the apartment had lots of new fixtures and fittings. The staff were so helpful and polite. We’ll definitely return if we’re in the area again.

Mi sono detto mille volte di aver fatto benissimo a scegliere questa location piuttosto che una a Venezia. A cinque minuti di macchina si parcheggia in striscia bianca, si prende il tram e si è Piazzale Roma, dopo di che puoi muoverti come ti pare. Al rientro se non è troppo tardi ti puoi rinfrescare nella piscina o rilassarti sui lettini sul prato. Gli appartamenti sono bellissimi, forse avrei fatto più grandi i bagni , ma non si può avere tutto. Gli arredi azzeccati e la disponibilità del personale eccezionale. Insomma io ci tornerei di corsa semmai dovessi ripassare di qua. Grazie ancora allo staff. Ah anche il cane ringrazia...cuscinone e ciotole a disposizione!!
