🚫 ABSOLUTELY AVOID 🚫 My experience with Elite Hotel was an absolute nightmare! I had booked a stay that had to be cancelled due to the death of my grandmother, but this heartless hotel refused to show the slightest compassion. I didn't even ask for a refund, I asked for a credit note for next time. Marco, one of their agents, was extremely rude and disrespectful. After trying to explain my predicament, he simply hung up on me! This is simply unacceptable. Their insensitive behavior and total lack of empathy is shocking. This establishment deserves no consideration and not a penny of your money. They only care about their profits, even at the expense of the most basic respect. I urge you to avoid this hotel at all costs, unless you're looking for an experience of insult and contempt.

Excellent accueil. Chambres très agréables. Joel moderne et très propre. Bar et restaurant sur place. En dehors de Venise qu’on rejoint par tram ou bus en 20mn depuis la gare située à 10mn à pied de l’hôtel. Le SPA est parfait. Prévoir bonnet de bain, tongs sinon vendus 3€ chacun. Le personnel est très prévenant. Parking privé. Par ailleurs à 15mn à pied, le centre de Mestre dispose d’une grande place et rues adjacentes avec restaurants variés.

Ho soggiornato per fortuna un solo giorno in questo hotel a inizio Gennaio. La stanza era di media qualità nel suo genere ma la differenza l'ha fatta la scortesia del personale che non è stato di nessun supporto in tutte le necessità occorse. La zona in cui è situato l'albergo è poco raccomandabile a causa degli elevati furti. Parcheggio incustodito a pagamento assolutamente da non utilizzare. Sconsigliatissimo.

On the face of it, the hotel seemed a great prospect. Location close to the T1 tram stop for Venice was good and the hotel seemed clean and well appointed. That was until the problems began... On our final day at the hotel and the subsequent morning there was no hot water. When we complained at the front desk and asked to see the manager, he refused to come out, and skulked around the back office, leaving the brave receptionist to field a wave of complaints from guests. Appalling customer service!

We had a very comfortable stay. Location is very good, 2 minute walk to the tram to get you into Venice. You can purchase tickets at the reception desk which is super handy. You can also purchase passes for the vaparetto. Careful which bus you catch from the airport, if you like us, get on the incorrect bus it will pass right by the hotel and keep on going until it gets to the train station and the drop you off, about a 20 minute walk to the hotel from the station. Check in was quick and the reception staff was friendly and helpful on each and every day we stayed there. Room was very nice, bed was comfortable, bathroom was nice. Room was quiet. Housekeeping was very good. Breakfast was good, lots of options, coffee machine is great. Staff at breakfast were all welcoming, friendly and efficient. We stayed here once before as part of a European tour and were impressed enough to stay again, we are still impressed with the service and the rooms.
