NH Venezia Laguna Palace

It feels like a renovated exhibition office. The room size is OK, the service is good, but it is very old, everything is old. NH is still a brand, there are many cities, I don't know if it will be newer. You can park for free at the sushi restaurant next to it.

I saw the pictures of this hotel on Ctrip and felt that it was a relatively formal large hotel. The room rate was not cheap, so I placed an order with confidence. However, there were many complaints during the two-night stay: 1. The location of the hotel is only about 1.5 kilometers away from the railway station, which is not far away, but in fact, after arriving at the hotel, it feels very remote, and there are basically no facilities around. The first impression I got was that I was in the countryside, and I fainted. The location of the hotel is a huge pit.  2. We booked a double room or a room with two single beds. The hotel on Ctrip does not provide a request for two single beds. As a result, when we arrived at the hotel, we asked for a room with two single beds. The front desk staff said that you did not request it in advance, so we cannot provide it. 3. Although the room is not small, the hardware conditions are very poor. There are no power plugs on both sides of the bed. Only the power plug of the table lamp on the table can be unplugged for the conversion plug, and the plug is estimated to be of poor quality and poor contact, causing a short circuit. I went down to find the front desk staff again. It is estimated that they are accustomed to this. There was no maintenance staff at night, so they changed our room.  4. The problem of the power plug in the changed room is still the same, shaking, indicating that the overall circuit decoration quality of the hotel is very poor and backward. 5. The hotel room does not provide disposable slippers (the toiletries are regular but not provided) 6. The mini bar is a pit ❗ There is no clear reminder. We drank a bottle of water in it according to the free experience of staying in a hotel in Milan, and were charged 3 euros for it when checking out. 7. The variety of the buffet breakfast is acceptable, with soy milk and rice milk, which are the only ones I like. Overall, this hotel is large and useless (as a tourist, the hotel fitness facilities are basically not used), the overall management level is very poor, and the experience of tourists' personal experience is very poor! ! A disappointing stay.

The hotel left mixed feelings. We stayed here for two nights and then moved on to the islands. The large room and comfortable beds are offset by the non-working air conditioning system. When we checked in, it was +27 degrees in the room, and there was no way to fix this - except by opening the window. But keeping it open all night is not an option; the temperature at night dropped to an invigorating +3, and the window is located exactly above the head of the bed. What was also unpleasantly surprising was the lack of slippers and water bottles in the room. For a 4* hotel it is at least strange. There is a minibar in the room, but there are no prices for its contents - so nothing was taken from the bar in order to avoid unpleasant surprises upon check-out. During check-in, the front desk employee "stole" our breakfast by saying the room was booked without breakfast. It quickly became clear that he was mistaken - we decided to think that way. The plumbing in the bathroom is “tired” in places, but overall there are no serious complaints. Good soap and soap supplies, but, again, the hotel doesn’t seem to know about any hygiene kits. Cleaning was fast, both times the maid was done while we were having breakfast. Breakfast is “classic” Italian: scrambled eggs, bacon, several types of cold cuts, muesli, yogurt, pastries, coffee and diluted juices. From fruits - whole oranges and pears and chopped kiwi and melon. Vegetables: lettuce leaves. The area itself is far from “civilization”; it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the Mestre railway station. But for us, the location of the hotel in this case did not play a special role.

酒店離主要巴士站要步行15分鐘、拉着行李不太方便。酒店房間比較舊，另外隔音不太好有點吵睡不好。建議選擇新價比更好的新酒店入住會有更好體驗感。
