the worst hotel, no hot water, indescribable mess, they don't have an email address to make complaints, uneducated staff (I spoke with hand signs), broken doors, non-functional TV, no receipt for resort tax, chaos in the hotel (hotel used for refugees). please don't go there, you will regret it. after one night I left the hotel as it was impossible to stay

La stanza non corrispondeva a quella delle foto, un buco enorme sulla finestra( allego foto). Stanza tenuta malissimo, maniglia della porta quasi cadente. La pulizia pessima, bagno tenuto malissimo, sporco da brividi ASSOLUTAMENTE NO, NON PRENOTATE QUESTE STANZE

Abbiamo scelto di dormire qui attirati dal prezzo basso, dato che si trattava di una sola notte ma ci aspettavamo di meglio. All'arrivo abbiamo trovato una persona che non parlava italiano ma solo un inglese poco comprensibile. Il parcheggio gratuito che doveva essere compreso era in realtà un cortile in cui potevano stare 4 o 5 auto al massimo, già pieno per cui abbiamo dovuto spendere altri 30 euro per il parcheggio a pagamento. Va bene che fa caldo, ma sui letti c'erano solo i lenzuoli di sotto e neanche un lenzuolo per coprirsi. Mancavano gli asciugamani. Il bagno era sporco e con un cattivo odore

Très sale , pas de climatisation, très bruyant , des bagarres qui commence très tôt le matin a éviter à tout prix ,prix correct pas l’endroit mal fréquenté ,les gens crient très forts des bagarres travaux n’est pas bien termines.Une très mauvaise nuitée

Bien situé pour loger pas cher et gate pas loin. L’accueil et bien. 1er nuit pas d’eau chaude. Beaucoup beaucoup de bruit porte, gens qui parle pas bien insonorisé. Endroit mal fréquenté. A éviter si vous êtes en famille . C’est juste pour dormir et se doucher.

Firstly the staff was refused to give me the room that I had booked. The staff was rude and difficult to reason with. In the end they made me get a more expensive room. The rooms were very dirty and things like the shower did not work.

Ho prenotato tramite il sito ***********, ho chiamato i gestori dell'hotel prima di prenotare e dopo aver prenotato in modo da verificare che fosse tutto corretto, perchè non potevo permettermi di rimanere senza alloggio visto che sarei stato da solo a Venezia per motivi lavorativi. Quando mi presento per fare il check-in nel modo meno empatico possibile mi hanno detto che non avrei potuto alloggiare perchè il codice che mi era stato assegnato dopo la prenotazione con *********** non corrispondeva allo stesso che aveva segnato sul computer. Non ha neanche provato a contattare qualche intermediario tra lui e il sito, semplicemente mi ha detto che non sarei potuto alloggiare, quindi mi sono trovato alle 22 di sera senza aver cenato (visto che sono stato 1 ora dentro all'hotel) e senza alloggio. SE NON VOLETE SPIACEVOLI SORPRESE CAMBIATE SCELTA

Mai visto un posto così sporco. Non so da dove cominciare: prima di tutto zona di spaccio poco raccomandabile, personale che nemmeno parla italiano. Lo stallino del maiale è più pulito, nelle camere c'è da prenderci il colera: a parte il pavimento mai pulito, macchie e capelli su copriletto e cuscini (le lenzuola non esistono), io dovuto rivestire il cuscino con un vestito perché avevo paura della carica batterica presente lì sopra. Nelle stanze si schianta di caldo, c'è solo un misero ventilatore rumoroso. Va bene avere poche stelle ma almeno la gente deve stare nel pulito. Io mi chiedo come possa rimanere aperto un tugurio del genere.
