Mii estadía en el Hotel Tequendama, anteriormente conocido como Hotel Campanario, en Villavicencio fue una experiencia agradable en general. Este hotel campestre ofrece un entorno tranquilo y relajante, ideal para escapar del bullicio de la ciudad.
En cuanto a las instalaciones, encontré que el spa del hotel ofrece un excelente servicio. Sin embargo, hubo algunos contratiempos, como la brevedad del tiempo de finalización del masaje dando un servicio más corto del ofrecido, aunque el personal fue receptivo y añadió los minutos faltantes cuando se les informó.
Una de las áreas que creo que podrían mejorar es la comida del restaurante. Aunque había una variedad de platos, la calidad podría ser mejorada para satisfacer las expectativas de los huéspedes.
Además, el sauna podría ser reparado prontamente y el turco necesita mejoras en el piso para garantizar una experiencia más cómoda y relajante.
A pesar de estos puntos, el servicio en el hotel fue excelente. El personal fue muy servicial y amable, lo que contribuyó a que mi estancia fuera placentera.
En resumen, recomendaría el Hotel Tequendama para aquellos que buscan un retiro campestre en Villavicencio. Con algunas mejoras en la comida del restaurante y las instalaciones del spa, este hotel tiene el potencial de ofrecer una experiencia aún más excepcional para sus huéspedes.

En general es un hotel bonito, bien cuidado, reconocido en la ciudad y recomendado. Sin embargo está muy alejado de restaurantes, o supermercados para salir a distraerse. La comida adicional es demasiado costosa y no tiene buena relación calidad precio.
Queríamos usar el gimnasio pero estuvo en mantenimiento los días que estuvimos hospedados. Me dijeron que era un mantenimiento de rutina, pero llegue el viernes en la tarde y me fui el domingo y las piezas de las máquina estuvieron en el mismo lugar todos los días. Lastima.

The personal is unprofessional, is not organization , first they can’t find my already paid reservation for check in , hotels.call them to fixie the issue but the worst was in the check out , they let my family wait for more of 45 minutes because they can find the paid receipt, after all this embarrassment time they finally find that the reservation was paid totally in advance , causing my family be late and lose the return transportation.

Desafortunada visita. CARISIMO, mas que Estelar. Nada cambia, todo empeora... el mismo desayuno básico 5 días, jacuzzi con agua fría, piscina sin toallas, platos de la carta que no preparan; LOS PRECIOS DE LA CARTA NO SON, SUBANLE EL 30% Y LA EXCUSA: ESTAMOS EN ACTUALIZACION... toallas viejas: con huecos, las mismas de hace más de 10 años. Tv de 14 pulgadas en habitaciones de 52 mtrs ... ahhh, falto: las instalaciones con telarañas, sucias, descuidadas... en fin... Ahora si, creo que no volveré. Lo salva: la atención, calidez, rapidez de sus colaboradores. Espero encontrar otro hotel campestre en villavicencio. Recomendaciones?

El sitio es muy bonito excelentes espacios para caminar, hacer deporte pero El aseo de la piscina no es bueno falta hacer una buena limpieza, el servicio al cliente falta mejorar porque se llamó para pedir ayuda con el jacuzzi pero nunca llegaron

El hotel y sus instalaciones están bien, aunque lucen bastante anticuadas. El servicio de restaurante es PÉSIMO: hay un mesero sin vocación para veinte meses, la comida y las bebidas tardan más de media hora en llegar y los platos, que siempre llegan fríos, son demasiado costosos para lo pobres que son. La habitación estuvo bien, limpia y espaciosa. Los amenities están bien también, aunque cosas como el gimnasio están muy dejados y hay muchos desechables y plásticos de un solo uso. Para lo excesivamente costoso que es comparado con otras opciones, no recomendaría visitarlo. Se nota que fue un gran hotel en otra época pero la administración actual está prestando un servicio mediocre. Nota al pie: La fiesta de fin de año fue la peor experiencia que he tenido en mi vida. CERO ESTRELLAS (adjunto fotos).

Tiene toda la infraestructura para ser una buena elección, sin embargo no lo es. La piscina es el centro de todo y por esta razón debe tener el mejor servicio pero no es así. Los meseros no están atentos al cliente, hay que buscarlos, los platos demoran hasta 40 min, la cerveza en ocasiones también tarda hasta media hora. En las habitaciones el aire acondicionado hace mucho ruido y el WiFi tiene una señal muy débil. Teniendo en cuenta que pagamos una tarifa superior a hoteles cinco estrellas en Bogotá, Medellin o Barranquilla sentimos que el hotel nos quedo debiendo mucho en servicio. Deben pensar en mejorar o va a ser superado fácilmente por nuevas propuestas en la ciudad. Destacamos la atención de Diego y Mauro.
