Room has no microwave, did not provide enough towels, woke up with bug bites on my neck and room smelled damp. Location was good.

We were there for 2 nights and housekeeping didn't come at all to clean the room. We didn't have clean towels or coffee restocked for the second morning. Also we weren't told where to get breakfast that we paid extra for so we weren't able to use that benefit. When we checked I. We were told about the coffee shop, but you had to pay for the coffee and the food. The room was very nice and clean. The neighborhood was great. Other than housekeeping and breakfast it wasn't bad.

Terrific location! Great staff! Excellent facilities! Varied breakfast options l. We chose to stay here once again as it is centrally located and safe and clean. Erick was big help prior to checkin; and Latasha was a smiling front desk agent who was great help, too. Both of these staff members were extra friendly and went the extra mile to make our ‘anniversary get away’ even nicer. Thanks to both— we will be back!

Construction was noisy, eliminated exercise facility, no hot tub, no cafe, limited resources, only one elevator, mostly miserable trip. Had stayed here before with pleasure, this was a mistake. I wish we had stayed somewhere else. It will be hard to return to this facility, even after the reconstruction is finished.

I just didn’t like that the air conditioner was leaking and anytime we asked for more towels the cleaning people had attitudes with us. Everything else was decent.
