DISGUSTING!!!!!!! DO NOT WALK IN THIS NASTY STINKY FILTHY HOTEL! I booked this room thinking that I could possibly stay. I knew when I walked in that I would have problems. My daughter and friend and daughter went into the room and immediately noticed that the room wasn’t clean. I asked for another room and asked to look at it. Due to time restraint we had to get to a dance competition and left. Shortly after arriving back same issue, dirty toilet didn’t flush and no hot water. The lady at the desk that people a praising “Tammy” has not one customer service bone on her body. Rude and disrespectful however she thought that I was wrong for being dissatisfied and felt entitled to being respected after addressing me as if I wasn’t the guest. I asked for my money back. She had no clue how to refund the money and I request that the manager speaks with me and she said that the manager won’t speak to guest. I asked her “if she would stay in those nasty rooms with her child?” She said “No!” She stated that the staff doesn’t care. She didn’t try to make any accommodations for us. We had to find another hotel. I went in on the today 4/20/2024 to speak with the manager “Oreal” and she was just as rude. She was immediately defensive. I can’t believe that they think a guest should be ok with sleeping in a filthy room and not have hot water. The owner and I’m sure whomever they are do not care about their facility nor who they allow to work the front desk. They all can benefit from a customer service class. BURN THAT FILTHY DISGUSTING PLACE DOWN!

Room was filled with roaches. Could not even unpack had to leave. Front desk said they would refund us, but have not seen it yet.

There’s two right next to each other, however we went to the wrong one first. You had to leave the parking area back into traffic to get to the other one, there no drive over. Once we gotten to the right one check in the other one called over i had left my favorite water bottle. She didn’t have to do it, but the lady walked it over! I did need it I thought that was special! The stay was really nice the staff was GREAT! I had booked two rooms but it was only showing one, then another lady asked did i placed the room in someone else name i did. It was found, going the extra mile means a lot to me and they went that extra mile. The rooms are basic and thats fine because you’re only sleeping there. The power had went out before we gotten there, it was back up however the elevators wasn’t working felt sorry for those that wasn’t on the 1st floor. As of this morning the elevator isn’t working.

The room had a very musty smell. They do not clean the rooms very good. Tons of trash was stuffed under the bed like food wrappers, drink bottles. The bathroom was the nicest area of it all. I will say nice showers, good water pressure and drainage unlike other hotels in the area

The front desk and staff were friendly and professional. They were awesome! The room we stayed in on the other hand had numerous small issues, AC was falling apart, missing lightbulbs, dirty (hair) in the bathtub. We were tired so instead of asking for another room we just cleaned up and settled in...

The room I stayed in was unappealing and had obvious discrepancies. The inside of the facility and the hallway leading up to my room were old and dated. What I got was definitely not what I was expecting from the photos that were posted on the website. I couldn't believe that I was paying over a hundred dollars for that room.
