The elevator was out. There was not enough parking spots on property. The bathroom needs to be updated! I can say the property is very convenient to everything

The elevator was broken and the sheets looked as if they had not been washed. The air conditioner was full of dust and dirt. I’m not one to complain about my stay but I was very displeased. I had to leave!

This hotel is an excellent value. It is a tad rough around the edges but comfortable, clean, and the staff is super friendly.
The best thing was the cleanliness of the room and the helpfulness of the staff. The worst thing was the mattress which was a teensy bit lumpy.
Overall, I would stay here again any time I needed a place near the airport.

Elevator not working-Room on the 5th floor
Stains on the sheets
Smoke detector beeping
Called down to front desk about both issues an I was told that there was no one there to fix either issue. I was told that I could get up there and take the battery out myself and that I could come down and get more sheets and change them myself. I was like you’re kidding me right? She asked my room number again and all of a sudden there was someone who would come. So then this person got to the door she tried to hand me the sheets. I was beyond appalled. She ended up changing the sheets with an attitude. Tub was filthy. Random stains everywhere throughout the room. Worst experience ever.

Elevator broken. Put us on bottom floor, husband can't walk up stairs, v small room, 1 metal chair. Had to ho buy lounge chair for husband to sleep in. Csnt sleep laying down..we booked a room with a big conformable chair or couch for him. Had neither one!!! Terrible 2 nights. The clerk did mot care. WIll never stay there again!!!!

Do not book a room here, stay at another discount hotel.
The elevator has not worked in 4 months so the the first two floors are frequently used, and everything is completely worn out. Your room will basically smell like a rest stop bathroom that got sprayed by a skunk. Enjoy....or don't...up to you.

Lobby was filty!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Room was right by elevator So i could hear people in and out all night Plus the guests around me slamming doors throughout the night!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not a good family friendly place to stay
