The water was out the whole night stay so no ability to shower or flush toilet and no offer of a discount or refund. Room smelled smoky. Terrible experience

The elevator was out. Our room was on the 3rd floor which wasnt that bad by the stairwell. There was no blow dryer in the bathroom. And the smoke detector had been removed. The breakfast was surprisingly pretty good. The ladies at the counter last night and this morning were very friendly and nice. The place needs an overhaul. The rooms were clean, just everything worn out and in need of being replaced. Room was a good size. TV a bit small.Temperature levels in the room were comfortable and performed as it should have. The entry door to the room didnt fit right but it would close well enough to lock. We booked through ******* who had rated the place as 7.9 and "good" rating to find it again on Booking at a 2 star hotel which was more accurate. I would not stay here again and not because of the things mentioned, but because of the location...im sure we were closer to downtown French Quarter than it seemed but finding our accommodations was difficult. GPS was totally useless.

Generally clean but the elevator was not working so we have to go to 3rd floor with bags. toilet was clogged so I had to go down stairs and bring a plunger and I open it coz no maintenance available on new year. issues with card opening the door that I need to bring front desk lady to come and open the door few times. And I asked cleaning staff to clean the room after 3rd day but they missed it but front desk girl was nice to offer a new room. breakfast was ok not many choices coffee was available 24 hours, So, the girl in front desk name K. was awesome she helped me a lot.
