One of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in when it comes to a hotel stay. Very restful visit. The staff was extremely helpful, accommodating and friendly.

The price, location and customer service was excellent. We stayed here before boarding a cruise out of Port of New Orleans. Didn’t know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised…it was beyond our expectations. The front desk staff were so accommodating and super nice!

Everything is best up and falling apart. They want to charge $75 to check in 20-30 mins early. They came in and *****ped the room before I checked out when I was getting breakfast. This is a dump stay away

I stay at this Ramada regularly for work, and have good experiences. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. However, this stay, and my previous stay, both in the same room, were marred by two things.
1. The mattress in Room 205 is hard as a rock. I’ve not experienced this in other rooms at this property. I now know to avoid this room if I want to walk without pain after a night in this bed.
2. The elevator has been out of service in the morning as I go to leave during both stays. Fortunately I’m not dealing with large amounts of luggage as a solo traveler, so using the stairs over using the elevator at the rear of the property is not a huge issue.
That being said, I’ll probably stay here again as I’ve had good service and it is convenient. I just won’t stay in room 205.
