Ho prenotato con largo anticipo 5 camere di diverse tipologie. I servizi in camera erano ok ad esclusione del fatto che non siamo riusciti a far funzionare l'aria condizionata. Abbiamo ovviato aprendo la finestra della camera. Parcheggio esterno molto grande, in grado di accogliere le auto di tutti gli ospiti. Penso che, se saremo in zona, terremo in considerazione la struttura per una nuova prenotazione

I always choose Zan hotel & meeting Centergross when I visit to Bologna. The hotel is not too far away from Bologna Fiera and city center and the rooms is spacious, comfortable and neat. The people who work in the hotel are kind and sweet.

Hotel accogliente, serio e ben organizzato. Mi ha colpito il tepore delle camere le quali, solitamente, in inverno lasciano un po' a desiderare in quanto a temperatura interna. Qui invece puoi dormire senza la trapunta. Nulla da obiettare

Sono stato ospite del Zanhotel in occosione del MECSPE, ma secondo me ci sarebbe qualcosa da rivedere. La stanza n.230 risulta vecchia, il letto di dubbio gusto color oro, e la moquette rossa danno il senso di vissuto. Il bagno ha il lavabo segnato, la doccia piccola, il box dei kleenex vuoto e manca un bicchiere per sciacquarsi la bocca dopo aver lavato i denti. Il tavolo di fronte al letto ha una evidente bruciatura circolare veramente brutta. Frigo bar con solo l'acqua. La colazione è stata ottima. La palestra (a pagamento) è attrezzata e bella. La ragazza all'ingresso della Spa è molto bella, gentile e simpatica e il servizio (a pagamento) risulta gradevole. Sicuramente non tornerò.

Hotel a prima vista molto di classe, anche se alcuni dettagli lasciano desiderare. I primi due piani dell'hotel al momento sono in piena ristrutturazione, la camera affidata era al secondo piano. Non c'era più la moquette del corridoio, per arrivare alla stanza dovevamo camminare sulla polvere, cosa completamente inaspettata visto che fino all'arrivo alla stanza nessuno ne aveva parlato. Camera pulita e confortevole ma, gli operai del corridoio lavoravano rumorosamente davanti alla nostra camera già alle 8 di sabato mattina .

Weekend di formazione presso questo hotel. Camera bella e pulita, mancano però degli appendi asciugamani in più. I cuscini ed il materasso non è tra i nostri preferiti. Fadeva troppo caldo nella camera. Colazione buonissima e grandiosa.

Comoda ubicazione appena fuori l'autostrada Parcheggi comodi e spazi a disposizione Sale congressi ben attrezzate e funzionali Magari da sistemare l'impianto prese per i tanti partecipanti. Ottimo catering sia per la pausa pranzo che per quelle caffè Servizio hotel non usufruito
