Very nice hotel and close to our business location. Highly recommend

hotel room is relatively small. names of different Holiday Inn hotels are confusing. breakfast is average.

Very good name and hotel, to far feom the train station. You need especially a var to reach it. The amministration has to see in booking since they say they have a swimming pool but there is no swimming pool its closed.

It is relatively clean, tidy and modern. There is convenient parking downstairs and a shopping mall for shopping.

There is a suburb nearby. The hotel is on the second floor of a shopping mall. The design is very special and it is very convenient for business trips. I basically eat at the hotel and the shopping mall downstairs. There are McDonald's and KFC, as well as several Italian restaurants. The hotel's hygiene is okay. It's a classic chain hotel. It's of moderate size. Overall, I'm quite satisfied. 👍

Only for self-driving tours, plenty of free parking spaces, short-term available, free for vacations and trips! ! The shopping mall only has basic equipment and lacks supporting facilities nearby. It is better to live in the urban area. 

The rooms are old, the hot water is unreliable, and the waiters are indifferent

It is perfect for work, a stone's throw from the CIS of Nola. Convenient and inside a shopping center with a restaurant and shops to see

Modern structure inserted in the context of the good Vulcano shopping center...excellent breakfast and excellent dinner service...large rooms with minimal furnishings...functional bathroom equipped with adequate disposable soaps...for me and my family it was a more than excellent experience...To be repeated as soon as possible....Prepared and truly professional staff...

The hotel is very convenient due to its location which allows direct access to the CC and just off the motorway. Room without too many pretensions. Courtesy kit to be requested at reception, I would have preferred to find everything in the room. Although the room was for two, there was only one set of towels.

Good hotel located within a shopping complex just off the autostrada. A car is needed for this hotel as there is no public transport nearby. Hotel is quite new so feels modern and everything works well. Breakfast is good and communal areas are large. Nice helpful staff too. There is direct access from the hotel to the shopping mall. Secure free and paid parking available. Only thing missing is a pool otherwise it would be perfect! 30min drive to Naples. 40mins to Salerno. 50mins to Sorrento.

I'd intended to book at the Holiday Inn close to the airport, but accidentally selected this hotel. It was my fault that I realized within an hour of booking this room. I attempted to cancel. It was a non-refundable rate. Hotel had option to allow me to cancel but refused. OK. So in return for me paying for a room that I won't use, I'm giving this negative review and will do so on every travel site that I can find on the Internet. I'd e-mailed the hotel directly to give them the opportunity to allow me to cancel my booking mistake. They basically replied "Tough luck". See below.
