Challenging information regarding the required shuttle from Terminal 3 Road level and the BLUE pole pick up point. And the 10min ride to HILTON GARDEN INN . This is Not the HILTON which is accessible via the tunnel walk way.

The room was clean and spacious, with amenities like heating, soap, mini fridge, and hairdryer. Location was great, ~20-25 minutes to the Colosseum, a metro station right in front of the hotel, and multiple bus lines that takes us ＜5 mins walk to hotel from town. Not many restaurants nearby, which was the only downside to the hotel’s location. Now onto the bad parts: the connecting room was only separated by a door, and we could hear every word of conversation and footstep, and it felt like we’re in the same room as them. This also resulted in us hearing the cleaner next door, disturbing our sleep in the morning when guests next door checked out. Breakfast at hotel was very expensive too, at €18 per person. Lastly, we’re unhappy with the service as upon checking out, reception staff asked for a 3% service tip but amount requested turned out to be near 7%.
